You can request either. DXB and DWC are separate locations. DXB has Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Please check the actual airport code and terminal shown on your ticket.

Operations can arrange support and a replacement subject to your signed agreement. A one-hour replacement arrangement can be written into an eligible contract, but exact dispatch and arrival depend on where the bus stops, traffic and available vehicles.
