Our managed coach service includes a properly licensed driver and the agreed maintenance and backup support. Fuel can be included within a fixed itinerary or supplied by a commercial client where stated. We identify the actual model year, passenger capacity, equipment and breakdown response in the booking confirmation, so there are no surprises when your group boards.
Available capacity and model year
We arrange Yutong touring-coach options for around 35–37 and 50–53 travelling passengers, based on the licensed bus configuration. Before the route is confirmed, we state the assigned registration, model year, engine/body type, actual passenger seating and guide seating. Do not count driver or guide as ordinary passenger seats.
Seat material and comfort
High-back padded touring seats and an A/C cabin are the relevant coach-class features. A Yutong T12 technical reference includes three-point passenger belts, suspension equipment and a separate guide seat. Seat recline, fabric versus leather, footrests and armrests depend on the allocated cabin; specify them on your booking.
Passenger climate control
The C9 manufacturer’s 2025 technical reference lists air conditioning for cooling and a windscreen defroster; the T12 Euro VI reference lists heating/cooling A/C plus a heating/cooling defroster. Ask for the allocated coach’s A/C type and a cooling check before summer departures.
Brakes, ABS and stability
Yutong C9 technical versions show ABS and front/rear disc brakes, with some equipment optional. The specified Euro VI T12 lists EBS, ESC and advanced emergency braking. We do not represent every older Yutong coach as having T12’s newer driver-assistance systems.
Entertainment, PA and charging
The published C9 equipment includes a 7-inch audio-control display and a wired microphone; the T12 reference includes a 12.8-inch front display and microphone. Wi-Fi is optional and individual passenger USB ports, leather seating and onboard TV are vehicle-specific options, not unconditional inclusions.
Baggage sizes and suitcase calculations
One medium suitcase of 65 × 45 × 25 cm occupies 0.073125 m³ by bounding dimensions; 40 such cases require at least 2.925 m³, before gaps. Forty 20 kg cases add 800 kg. We check total baggage size, weight, actual boot shape, payload and axle limits; the 4 m³ C9 and 10 m³ T12 maximum volumes do not guarantee any particular suitcase count.
Overhead racks and roof options
Soft daypacks fit in designed interior shelves only where permitted. Carry-on hard cases and heavy luggage use the underfloor bays; aisles, emergency exits and seats must stay clear. The rooftop air-conditioning unit and escape hatches are not a permitted rooftop luggage platform.
Booking with driver and fuel
The quoted coach, licensed heavy-bus driver and diesel are included for the defined local route, mileage, shifts and operating hours when you select a fuel-inclusive package. Maintenance and passenger service arrangements are part of the managed transport booking; Salik, airport parking and overtime must be agreed in the quotation.
Booking with driver without fuel
For a monthly company route, we supply the driver and coach, while the client pays diesel. For example, a route using 120 litres requires the client to purchase 120 litres at the pump’s current UAE diesel price; actual usage depends on route, idle time, load and coach engine. The written schedule states who supplies fuel.
Vehicle-only arrangements and deposits
Vehicle-only Yutong lease is assessed only for a licensed transport business, never an ordinary self-drive passenger booking. Business trade licence, passenger-transport activity, heavy-bus authorised driver documents, insurance, route permits and commercial agreement must be verified. Refundable deposit or security cheque amount is stated in the contract; no universal deposit applies.
Driver licensing and bus permits
We operate passenger group transport under the correct commercial bus activity. The RTA requires registration/permits, safety equipment, transport contracts and professional drivers for rented-bus work. Sharjah-to-Dubai regular work can require additional route and company approvals; airport loading rules also apply.
Maintenance and one-hour replacement commitment
Our requested breakdown-response standard is to arrange a suitable replacement bus within one hour after a confirmed breakdown report, where the agreed service-level commitment, dispatch position and safe access permit. The substitute must have sufficient legally registered passenger seats, matching A/C class and a licensed driver. This response is a contractual target, not a promise that roadside traffic will always permit arrival within exactly sixty minutes.
Salik and parking charges
Dubai Salik normally costs AED 6 per weekday peak passage (06:00–10:00 or 16:00–20:00), AED 4 during off-peak periods, and AED 0 during 01:00–06:00; Sunday and special-day rules vary. For six weekday peak crossings, the toll is AED 36. Dubai airport coach parking, events, hotels and paid venues set their own charges and vehicle access restrictions; the actual applicable fee is stated in the quote.
Documents for an annual corporate contract
Send company trade licence and invoice details, names and contact of route supervisor, LPO/PO if applicable, exact pickup/drop-off map, staff headcount, shifts and contract dates. We confirm route permits, driver approvals, agreed diesel arrangement, cancellation terms, insurance, deposit/payment security where required and VAT on the signed contract.
Daily and monthly mileage conditions
Daily charters are normally described as 5-hour half-day or 10-hour full-day scope. Monthly contract rates require the scheduled trips, duty window, 26 service days where quoted, estimated kilometres and agreed breaks. Additional kilometres, second shifts, driver accommodation or parking can alter the rate.
