DXBChoose the correct flight terminal. Arrival pickup, passenger assembly, car-park or coach access and the final loading point must be confirmed for the allocated vehicle.
Arriving at DXB or DWC with colleagues, hotel guests, an event group or family? Tell us your flight, terminal, passenger count and luggage. We will plan a private vehicle with a driver around your actual journey, not sell individual seats.
DXB and DWC are different airports. Your written quote confirms the exact airport, vehicle, route and operating inclusions.

Whether you are meeting your team at the terminal or sending a delegation to its flight, we can prepare a group vehicle plan based on your passengers, baggage and schedule. One confirmed booking covers the agreed vehicle; it is not a shared public shuttle ticket.
DXBChoose the correct flight terminal. Arrival pickup, passenger assembly, car-park or coach access and the final loading point must be confirmed for the allocated vehicle.
DWCDWC is separate from DXB. Share the flight and terminal details so the quotation uses the correct airport, road access, waiting plan and destination.
The following are common destinations to specify in your enquiry. Aseel will confirm route feasibility, permissions and available vehicles when quoting.
Journey distances, drive times and the pick-up point will be confirmed for your exact itinerary; we do not publish a universal fixed travel time.
We plan for the actual flight rather than asking everyone to wait at a guessed location. The driver meeting point and bus loading area depend on the terminal, vehicle class and current airport rules.
Send DXB or DWC, terminal, flight number, arrival or departure date and expected group assembly time.
Passengers collect their baggage and meet at the agreed location. We confirm car-park, meeting and permitted vehicle loading arrangements in the booking instructions.
We match seats and approved luggage space before dispatch and schedule the vehicle around the agreed operating window.
Share your flight number, travel date, exact airport, terminal and how many people are coming on each flight. For departures, allow time for baggage loading and airport check-in according to your airline instructions.
Tell us the terminal shown in the booking. Your confirmed instructions specify where passengers and the bus can legally meet.
Terminal 2 is separate from Terminals 1 and 3. Check the flight terminal before booking and use only the confirmed vehicle meeting point.
Dubai Airports operates a Greet & Go arrangement for eligible registered hotels and tour operators; it is not automatically included with a bus booking.
Confirm DWC explicitly. We will quote the correct airport access, local road approach and group assembly requirements.
Dubai Airports advises that arriving pickup vehicles use terminal car parks rather than stopping at a general arrivals roadside pickup. Departure drop-off areas have time limits. Vehicle-specific coach access must be checked when arranging the booking.
Start with the number of seated travellers, then check full-size bags and any bulky items. A bus with enough passenger seats may still be unsuitable for checked luggage when every seat is occupied.
Tell us the number of travellers and the size, weight and quantity of checked luggage. Final luggage allowance depends on the assigned vehicle’s licensed seats, loading limits and safe stowage.
