Your quotation specifies the model, driver arrangements, diesel option, hours, backup plan and who handles each operating cost. All staff should travel seated with the correct licence and transport permissions in place. Maintenance and a suitable substitute vehicle form part of the agreed service plan.
Years and registered configuration
Ask us for the assigned model year, body type, passenger count and AC version before booking. 2023 Falcon 66+1 non-AC and 2026 Falcon 64-seat examples are documented in UAE sales listings; these references do not establish which vehicles Aseel owns.
Air conditioning
Choose a roof-cooled AC Falcon or a non-AC labour bus according to the actual unit. A documented Falcon air-conditioned body has a separate engine-driven roof A/C system designed for Gulf heat; Oyster A/C cannot be inferred from Falcon specifications.
Seat type and comfort
Workforce-bus cabins generally prioritise high-back padded fabric/vinyl seats and a clear aisle for shift boarding. Premium leather, push-back recline, armrests and individual USB are vehicle-specific and are not included unless itemised.
Safety: brakes and ABS
One UAE Falcon fleet brochure documents full-air dual-line service brakes, auxiliary braking and ABS. The manufacturer 11m/12m chassis specifications do not certify every model year has ESC; we check the allocated bus inspection and installed systems.
Entertainment and USB
Staff buses can have a front radio, speakers or announcement microphone. Roof TV, Wi-Fi, individual USB charging and seat-back screens are not a standard promise; state these needs when requesting the bus.
Small bags and weight
For 66 staff each with a 3 kg backpack, baggage adds 198 kg before passenger body weight. This is only an arithmetic example, not an approved load allowance: the bus must remain within its registered gross vehicle weight, axle loads, aisle-clearance and storage limits.
Large luggage and roof racks
Do not put toolboxes, 20 kg airport suitcases or site equipment loose in the aisle, on seats or on the roof. Exterior roof-mounted A/C equipment is not a luggage rack. Request a permitted rear hold or separate cargo vehicle where necessary.
With driver and fuel
We arrange the bus, qualified professional driver, scheduled maintenance and route diesel inside the agreed mileage/shift terms. Tolls, parking, gate passes and additional work are listed explicitly in your quotation.
With driver, without fuel
Aseel provides the bus and driver; the client purchases diesel for the route. As of October 2026 diesel is AED 4.80 per litre; for example 250 litres total AED 1,200. The fuel consumption itself depends on route and vehicle.
Without driver
For an approved commercial operator only: provide company trade licence, approved passenger-transport activity, authorised properly licensed driver, required permits and insurance/contract documents. A consumer driving licence alone does not authorise hiring a heavy bus for passenger transport.
Deposits and company documents
For contract booking provide trade licence, billing name, pickup/drop-off map, shift roster and authorised purchase order; driver-only/vehicle-only commercial agreements may require a refundable security deposit or payment security cheque, amount stated in the signed contract—not an invented fixed deposit.
Maintenance and backup vehicle
Scheduled maintenance and breakdown support are part of the agreed booking. Our requested replacement target is within 1 hour after a confirmed breakdown call, using a bus with legal passenger capacity equal to or greater than the booked vehicle; this target must be included in the signed service level commitment and depends on safe road/site access.
Route and permit requirements
Dubai commercial rented-bus passenger transport requires the appropriate RTA activity/permits, licensed bus and driver and a company transport contract. Inter-emirate or free-zone trips may require further approvals or site passes.
Salik and site charges
Dubai’s normal variable Salik toll is AED 6 per crossing at weekday peak (06:00–10:00 and 16:00–20:00), AED 4 at off-peak and zero 01:00–06:00; special schedules may apply on Sundays, holidays and Ramadan. Five peak crossings total AED 30.
Parking and site access
Free-zone gate permits, airport coach bay/parking, hotel loading fees and paid worksite parking are charged at actual published/site rates unless the written quote includes them. Give us the exact destination gate, as a coach cannot assume standard-car parking access.
