Choose the licensed 66-passenger arrangement, cabin climate and rental plan that suit your workforce. We use actual model documents to identify the engine, brakes and equipment; A/C, seating upholstery, chargers and model year are confirmed on the allocated bus before payment.
66 passenger seats — not 66 including driver
The service is planned for 66 workers in approved passenger seats, plus a separate driver. We check the actual registration and seat map, not merely an exterior 66/67 label.
Passenger AC and ventilation
AC Falcon examples have roof-mounted A/C driven independently of the engine; we confirm an operating cabin system on the allocated AC bus. Non-AC has opening windows and natural airflow, not cooled air.
Seating, backrests and upholstery
Staff coaches typically use durable high-density seats. We confirm whether the allocated unit has standard fabric/vinyl, headrests and seat belts. Genuine leather, reclining executive seats and individual charging are not included unless written into your agreement.
Worker bags and suitcase capacity
For 66 small bags measuring 30 × 20 × 10 cm each, the geometric total is 0.396 m³ and 198 kg at 3 kg per bag; they still require legal, secured storage. Sixty-six large 70 × 45 × 28 cm suitcases require at least 5.821 m³ and 1,518 kg at 23 kg each before packing gaps. This workforce body has no verified hold of that capacity; request a separate luggage vehicle for large cases.
Luggage on roof
Roof-mounted A/C and emergency escape provisions must remain unobstructed. No bags or construction tools go on the roof without a manufacturer-approved load-rated carrier and legal approval; standard hire excludes roof luggage.
Braking system and ABS
The CRB UAE Falcon configuration lists dual-line full-air brakes, auxiliary brake and ABS; the manufacturer 12m Euro 4 listing covers the powertrain and suspension. We verify safety equipment and inspections for the actual bus.
Electronic stability control (ESC)
ABS helps reduce wheel lock under braking. It is not the same as ESC. ESC is not documented as standard on every Falcon 66-seat variant; we do not promise it without the specific bus compliance sheet.
USB, music and onboard screens
Our workforce-bus standard is safe seated transportation, not luxury entertainment. An audio radio may be fitted, but USB charging at every seat, Bluetooth, TV and PA microphone are extra features only if shown for the assigned bus.
With-driver option and documents
For the standard hired-bus contract, Aseel supplies the professional driver. A company normally shares its trade licence, named contact, contract / purchase order, routes, site access and worker count. The operator must hold the required bus activity authorisations and the driver an appropriate UAE heavy bus driving licence and professional permit where applicable.
Without-driver: company-to-company only
Vehicle-only bus rental is not passenger self-drive. A corporate operator must hold the relevant bus rental or transport activity licence, approved vehicle registration and insurance, and nominate a legally qualified heavy bus driver. Deposit, security and indemnity depend on the insured contract; there is no universal published AED deposit.
Fuel-included / client-supplied fuel
Choose driver + diesel included within the agreed route, or driver only with diesel purchased by your company. October 2026 UAE diesel is AED 4.80/L: 50 L costs AED 240; 100 L AED 480; 200 L AED 960. These are purchase amounts, not fuel-consumption claims for your route.
Salik and parking
Salik at standard gates is AED 6 per peak weekday crossing (06:00–10:00, 16:00–20:00), AED 4 off-peak and AED 0 from 01:00–06:00, with Sunday and Ramadan exceptions. Two peak crossings cost AED 12 and four cost AED 24 before any agreed operator charges. Paid bus bays, site parking, airport entry and overnight driver stays are separate only when specified in the quotation.
Breakdown / replacement in one hour
Our requested service response is to arrange a suitable replacement bus within one hour of confirmed mechanical breakdown, subject to the written SLA, safe accessibility, legal operating requirements and a replacement with at least the required licensed seats. Do not continue an unsafe journey.
Model years and maintenance
Tell us your preferred registration year; we list the actual bus year, registration, current insurance, permits and scheduled maintenance with the assigned vehicle. Manufacturer pages do not prove that every model year is available for booking.
Cross-emirate route permits
For Sharjah-to-Dubai worker services, the RTA Naqel permit rules can apply to operators licensed in other emirates; Dubai-licensed employers may face additional contracting restrictions. We verify bus permit, driver documents and permitted pickup and drop-off points before scheduling.
