AUHAfter immigration and baggage claim, agree a clear meeting point and confirm the Short Stay Car Park or another airport-authorised vehicle collection area. Large-coach pickup instructions are checked separately before confirmation.
Landing at Zayed International Airport with a business team, hotel guests, event delegates or family group? Tell us your flight, travel date, passenger number, suitcases and destination. We will prepare a private group-vehicle quotation with a driver and agreed pickup instructions.
AUH uses Terminal A. Arrival meeting arrangements and the vehicle loading location are confirmed for your particular bus before travel.

Aseel handles enquiries for pre-arranged whole-vehicle transport between Zayed International Airport and your destination. If you have colleagues arriving together, a hotel delegation, a project team or a family celebration, we plan a single suitable vehicle or a coordinated group movement—not a public bus timetable or individual seat ticket.
AUHAfter immigration and baggage claim, agree a clear meeting point and confirm the Short Stay Car Park or another airport-authorised vehicle collection area. Large-coach pickup instructions are checked separately before confirmation.
AUHWe collect your group from a confirmed hotel, office or accommodation location, allow for suitcases and stops, and plan drop-off at the airport-authorised departures area for the booked vehicle.
Enter your real hotel, building, industrial gate or event venue. These are destinations customers can specify for a quotation; routes and vehicle permissions are checked individually.
These are available enquiry routes, not scheduled public shuttles or fixed-fare promises. Driving distance, time, stops and vehicle feasibility depend on the exact addresses, date, traffic and transport permissions.
At AUH, your group first clears immigration and collects checked bags. We then coordinate the passenger meeting location and the permitted loading area for the selected van, minibus or coach. The pickup plan is shared when your booking is confirmed.
Give us the AUH flight number, travel date, estimated landing time, number of arriving passengers and whether any other flights must be coordinated.
Allow for immigration, baggage collection and any special assistance. Our team confirms where your group meets and whether the booked vehicle can access the requested collection area.
Your written instructions identify the vehicle, driver coordination method, group meeting place and authorised pickup or drop-off arrangement.
For an arrival: provide airline, flight number, the calendar date on which the flight lands at AUH, expected arrival time and a reachable group leader. For a departure: provide flight check-in time, all hotel or office collection stops and how much luggage needs loading. If travellers arrive separately, list every flight.
The airport identifies Terminal A as the passenger terminal. Once bags are collected, pre-booked private transfer passengers should follow their confirmed meeting instructions rather than join the public city-bus queue or stand on the road.
Official airport guidance directs ordinary arrivals pickup to the Short Stay Car Park opposite the terminal. Bus and coach access, parking class and group loading must be confirmed for the allocated commercial vehicle.
The official departures forecourt is intended for brief drop-offs. Its published first-ten-minutes rule is not a blanket guarantee of free bus or commercial coach parking; confirm current access conditions.
Tell us in advance about a wheelchair, reduced-mobility traveller, child seating, extra equipment or large sports bags. The allocated vehicle and any assistance arrangements must be specifically confirmed before travel.
AUH is Zayed International Airport, not Dubai International or Al Ain Airport. The airport advises using the Short Stay Car Park for arrivals pickup, and prohibits leaving vehicles unattended. Dedicated bus/coach pickup and commercial vehicle access must be arranged according to current airport instructions.
For AUH airport travel, decide how many people need registered passenger seats and how much baggage must travel with them. A full bus with 30 seats does not automatically hold 30 full-size suitcases. The vehicles below show model families from our website fleet catalogue, with their current homepage daily and monthly budget guides.
Tell us how many checked cases, cabin bags, pushchairs, sports items or equipment cases are coming. We assess safe internal/underfloor space against the licensed passenger seating and payload of the vehicle offered.

High-density staff-bus passenger cabin, typically 3+2 padded fabric/vinyl seating; AC or non-AC body options, aisle access, passenger ventilation and seat belts as fitted. Higer 66+1+1 example has adjustable belted seats; Ashok Leyland final trim depends on the completed body.
Luggage planning60–67 riders: one small personal bag per passenger, up to 35 × 25 × 15 cm and approximately 3 kg, only where safe cabin stowage exists (60–67 small bags). A full-size 70 × 45 × 30 cm, 20–23 kg suitcase has no guaranteed space at full seating. Use a baggage-equipped vehicle for suitcases.
Model years in this comparison are manufacturer specification references where stated, not guaranteed production years of an available bus. A/C, seat covers, leather, reclining seats, USB, screens, sound system, ABS, electronic stability and luggage holds vary by model year, grade and conversion. Your offered vehicle specification must be confirmed before booking.
Roughly 13 litres per small bag. Confirm accessible, secure cabin stowage; do not block the aisle, doors or seatbelts.
About 88 litres of geometric volume before handles and loading clearance. Ten cases take about 0.88 m³ and could weigh 200–230 kg; certified baggage space and payload still decide what fits.
A high roof does not mean the vehicle has a luggage rack. We do not promise rooftop baggage loading unless the specific vehicle, fitted carrier, legal limits and airport access permit it.
You receive a proposed vehicle type and, where necessary, the exact approved model year and passenger registration details before booking. Photos illustrate fleet categories.
Ask for an A/C vehicle with suitable forward-facing seats, individual belts, headrests, reclining options and fabric or leather-style trim where available. Registered passenger count excludes any driver-only place.
USB ports, passenger charging, PA microphone, Bluetooth, onboard TV and Wi-Fi are model-specific. Tell us which amenities are necessary; the confirmed bus offer states what is actually fitted.
Disc/drum braking, ABS, EBD, electronic stability control, retarder and related safeguards vary by make, model and year. We identify relevant features on the actual vehicle instead of claiming that every bus has them.
Confirm number, dimensions and weight of suitcases. Underfloor coach holds, rear storage or a separate luggage vehicle may be needed for large delegations.

Commercial transport in the Emirate is regulated. The company, bus and driver must hold the permits and tracking arrangements required for the actual service under Abu Dhabi Mobility/Asateel rules.
Passenger belts, licensed seating, driver qualifications, insurance and maintenance are checked for the assigned unit. Where a signed service contract specifically includes it, a replacement vehicle is arranged within one hour after a breakdown report; arrival time depends on location, traffic and availability.
Request with-driver/fuel-included or with-driver/fuel-excluded quotations. Vehicle-only service is considered only when legally permitted, insured and explicitly agreed; it is not the standard airport-transfer arrangement.

Daily/monthly amounts are indicative Aseel website fleet-planning figures with different possible service inclusions; they do not represent confirmed one-way AUH fares. Weekly and 12-month fees, with/without-fuel packages and route-specific prices are quoted individually after your operating details are known. No unsupported flat airport tariff is displayed.
Driver and fuel packagesRequest an inclusive operating quote stating agreed trip distance, hours, vehicle, fuel and the airport-related charges included or excluded.
For a suitable recurring corporate contract, request a driver-supplied vehicle with diesel/petrol covered by the customer. Availability and fuel responsibility appear in writing.
A vehicle-only rental is not automatically offered for airport passenger transfers. It requires genuine fleet availability and the appropriate commercial permissions, driver insurance and signed agreement.
At AUH, arrivals pickup is directed to the Short Stay Car Park, subject to vehicle-class rules. The airport publishes short-stay parking rates for its parking facilities; a bus or coach may have different authorised loading and access terms. Your quotation clearly states whether parking, waiting, Salik/tolls, fuel, permits, overtime, additional stops and extra kilometres are included or charged separately.
Before booking, review the written validity period, deposit if required, payment schedule, airport access charges, change/no-show rules, overtime, excess mileage, return-trip charges and cancellation terms. UAE VAT depends on what is supplied: qualifying local passenger transport is generally exempt, but a vehicle rental or combined service can have different treatment. Your invoice follows the applicable rules for the confirmed arrangement.
Tell us the hotel, flight, bags and pickup meeting requirements; we calculate the specific journey instead of displaying a taxi tariff.

Choose Terminal A, journey direction, flight, pickup and destination; include travellers, large bags, extra stops and the date/time.
We review suitable vans, Coasters or coaches, baggage requirements, duty hours, permits and driver/fuel charges.
