Explore Dubai in one private bus, minibus or passenger van arranged around your own itinerary. Tell us your group size, hotel or company pickup, favourite places and return time; we will prepare a bus-rental quotation for your trip.

Dubai City Tour Bus Rental: Private Groups and Corporate Outings

Visiting Dubai with colleagues, hotel guests, relatives or a visiting delegation? Choose one complete vehicle and plan a sightseeing day around the neighbourhoods that matter to your group. We help coordinate the transport between agreed pickup points and attractions, subject to traffic, vehicle access and the required permits.

Private vehicle and driver; no individual tickets

This is private bus rental, not a hop-on/hop-off route or individual-seat ticket. Your group chooses the starting address, places to visit, suitable waiting arrangements and return point. The accepted quote states the vehicle, hire hours, driver and price inclusions.

01Whole vehicle for your group

Your group travels in an agreed passenger van, minibus or coach; the available licensed passenger seats and luggage space are confirmed for the actual vehicle.

02Old and modern Dubai

Combine heritage streets near Dubai Creek with Downtown landmarks or a Dubai Marina stop, depending on time and your interests.

03Hotel and corporate departures

Request pickup from hotels, event venues, company offices or compatible airport meeting points, with an agreed return.

04Flexible hire periods

Arrange a half-day, full-day, multiple days or repeat guest transport to match an agreed itinerary and operating schedule.

Bus rental covers transport, not a pre-packaged guided sightseeing tour. Attraction entry and activity bookings are made separately unless specifically added to the written offer.

02 / LANDMARKS, PICKUP AND SCHEDULE

Suggested Itinerary, Timing and Pickup

Choose a few stops that fit your group instead of rushing across Dubai. We can group Old Dubai places together and combine modern destinations when the travel day allows. Share hotel or company addresses, intended stops, any booked attraction slots and the desired finishing time.

Old Dubai heritageAl Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood

Walk the heritage lanes and traditional wind-tower neighbourhood in Bur Dubai. The historical quarter is suited to exploring on foot, so agree a legal group drop-off and collection point outside its narrow streets. A cultural programme at SMCCU requires a separate booking.

The hired bus does not enter pedestrian heritage lanes; any paid cultural activity is booked separately.

Official Al Fahidi visitor guide ↗
Creekside sightseeingDubai Creek and Al Seef

Visit the Creek waterfront and Al Seef’s restored-style promenade, or ask about a walk through nearby souk areas. An abra ride or any boat charter is a separate service; coach parking and pickup must be planned outside pedestrian areas.

Allow time for walking, regrouping and traffic; boat tickets are not part of the vehicle quote.

Official Al Seef guide ↗
Panoramic landmarkDubai Frame and Zabeel Park

Dubai Frame stands in Zabeel Park, with visitor entry through Gate 4. The attraction publishes its own prices, operating times and baggage rules. Agree a suitable bus pickup point, since venue visitor parking is not automatically large-coach parking.

Dubai Frame entry is separate. Check current opening hours and timed tickets with the operator.

Modern Dubai highlightsDowntown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall

Select a Downtown stop near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa for photographs, shopping or a prebooked observation-deck visit. Downtown streets and car parks are busy; the large-bus pickup place must be confirmed in advance.

Burj Khalifa admission and booked time slots are not included in bus hire.

Coastal photo stopJumeirah and the Burj Al Arab area

Add a Jumeirah coastal stop or a visit to a compatible venue such as Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Photograph landmarks only from lawful public or venue-approved locations; a coach cannot stop wherever a car can.

Private hotel entrances, attractions and coach drop-off require permission where applicable.

Waterfront and hotel districtDubai Marina and JBR

Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence provide promenade, hotel and waterfront visiting options. Their roads and parking can become crowded in evenings and weekends, so supply an exact hotel or pre-agreed loading address.

Walking sections and busy vehicle access can change the time needed for a stop.

Arrange transport to a specifically named hotel, observation attraction or approved meeting location on Palm Jumeirah. Tell us your destination in advance so we can confirm whether the selected vehicle fits the venue entrance and pickup arrangement.

Entry to resorts, viewing attractions or private facilities is subject to venue rules and separate tickets if applicable.

Tour routes you can request
Old Dubai half-day

Hotel or office pickup → Al Fahidi → Creek / Al Seef → agreed hotel return. Keep sufficient time for walking and regrouping.

Downtown and city highlights

Hotel pickup → Dubai Frame → Downtown / Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa area → drop-off or return, with attraction admission separately arranged.

Coastal landmarks itinerary

Dubai Marina or JBR → Palm Jumeirah approved stop → Jumeirah / Souk Madinat area → agreed return, subject to traffic and coach access.

Full-day Dubai mix

Old Dubai heritage → Dubai Frame or Downtown → a selected waterfront destination. Choose only the number of stops that fits your available time.

Dubai airport-to-hotel plus stops

DXB or DWC collection → compatible sightseeing stops → hotel transfer, with luggage counted and legal airport loading arranged separately.

Corporate guest programme

Conference venue or company office → selected Dubai landmarks → restaurant or event venue → hotel return, with multiple pickup groups specified in advance.

Plan enough time between attractions

A short half-day hire works best with fewer nearby stops; a full-day trip can cover more districts but still needs buffers for boarding, traffic, parking, meals, prayers and attraction queues. In the warmer months favour sheltered or indoor stops where suitable. Verify all attraction timings on the travel date; no universal city-tour journey time is guaranteed.

Manufacturer equipment, vehicle year, seat material, A/C, charging, entertainment, braking/ABS/ESP and roof luggage options depend on the specific registered vehicle; confirm them before paying.

Half-day hire

Request a tailored quote for your planned hours, pickup point, limited stops, driver waiting and drop-off.

Full-day hire

Price depends on hours, route, mileage, type of bus, fuel arrangement, tolls, parking and waiting.

Weekly hire

Plan recurring guest sightseeing days or a set of journeys; there is no verified universal weekly Dubai-tour rate to publish.

Monthly / annual hire

Regular hotel, events or corporate transport can be quoted for each month or contract year with agreed mileage, shifts and inclusions.

Passengers and checked bags

Tell us each passenger count and the number of standard checked cases (for example 70 × 45 × 28 cm). Full seating often leaves only limited baggage space in vans and minibuses.

Cabin bags, stowage and comfort

Soft day bags are easier to accommodate than hard cases, but bags must not block aisles, emergency exits or passenger seats. A luggage-bay coach may be preferable for groups arriving from hotels or airports.

Roof storage and equipment

Roof luggage may be used only if the allocated vehicle has an approved and safe setup. Seat comfort, reclining/leather seats, USB, Wi-Fi, entertainment and electronic safety features must be confirmed for that bus.

Click a vehicle heading for the specific model page; the number of seats and luggage that can actually be accepted are verified for the chosen unit. Explore our full fleet ↗

04 / ROUTES, DRIVERS AND OPERATING TERMS

Custom Stops, Driver and Return Arrangements

Aseel supplies a whole vehicle on the route you agree, whether you need a short sightseeing transfer, a full-day journey, a hotel guest shuttle or a repeating group programme. We confirm your stops and safe access points in the written quotation.

Stops and timing flexible by agreement

You can request changes to an itinerary before travel. Any new stops or longer waiting during the hire are subject to available time, access, driver working conditions and agreed extra charges.

Private family and visiting groups

Arrange a private day around the sights you select, with a single pickup or several agreed collection points.

Hotels and travel agents

Coordinate guest arrivals, excursions, return shuttles and transfers between tour attractions, subject to the operator’s booking arrangement.

Conferences and company outings

Move a company delegation, exhibition visitors or an organised team between offices, hotels and attractions.

School and education visits

Organise approved school or college movements with the necessary vehicle permissions, supervision and age-appropriate safety provisions.

One-way, return or multiple shifts

Book one transfer, an arranged return after sightseeing, repeat pickups or a regular staff/guest shuttle pattern.

Multi-day or overnight routes

Discuss separate daily duty periods, driver rest, parking and any accommodation before confirming a programme beyond one day.

Driver and fuel packages
Driver and fuel included

Ask for a quote covering the licensed driver and route fuel. Toll, parking, waiting, permits and attraction costs must still be stated individually.

Driver included, fuel excluded

Available only where agreed for that vehicle and contract. The quotation must allocate fuel purchasing, mileage and route responsibilities clearly.

Without driver

Not standard tourist bus hire. Consider only if a lawful, insured and genuinely available arrangement is explicitly accepted by the operator.

Waiting, extras and overnight use

Confirm driver waiting, additional stops, overtime, Salik, parking, permits, VAT treatment and driver accommodation if required.

Comfort, access and safe operation
Commercial tourist transport permits

Dubai RTA regulates tourist transport establishments, licensed tourist vehicles and professional tourist transport drivers. The actual trip and vehicle must comply with applicable authorisations.

Access, stopping and parking

Heritage lanes, Dubai Mall/Downtown, coastal resorts and parks may restrict large-bus loading and parking. Only confirmed legal stopping arrangements may be used.

Passenger safety and vehicle condition

Use a vehicle whose registration, insurance, inspection and required seatbelts suit the journey; verify the requested passenger assistance, child seating and accessibility in advance.

Breakdown and replacement vehicle

The proposed one-hour replacement-arrangement commitment applies only where expressly included in the signed agreement; dispatch and actual arrival depend on location, conditions and a suitable spare vehicle.

05 / CLEAR TOUR VEHICLE QUOTATIONS

Bus Rental Quote: Hours, Route and Parking

The cost of a Dubai city tour vehicle depends on the bus, pickup address, stop sequence, number of hours and what your group brings along. The same 22-seat minibus can have a different quote for a short Old Dubai circuit than for a long full-day itinerary crossing several districts.

Attraction entry charges separate unless quoted

We quote passenger transport. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame or other attraction tickets, local guiding, abra rides, meals and paid activities are not included unless itemised in your accepted quotation.

Vehicle cards use existing homepage indicative daily/monthly rental planning rates; these are not confirmed tour package fares. Half-day, weekly, yearly and route-specific prices are calculated from the actual service requested, not made-up online fixed rates.

Vehicle size and registered seats

Passenger numbers, licensed capacity, available luggage bay and preferred comfort level affect which van, minibus or coach is appropriate.

Pickup, drop-off and stop sequence

Hotel-to-Old-Dubai and multi-stop Dubai Marina–Creek combinations have different routing and mileage needs.

Hours, parking and waiting

Attraction visit time counts toward agreed vehicle/driver availability where waiting is included; venue or commercial bus parking can add costs.

Fuel, tolls and approvals

Specify whether fuel is included, whether the route uses Salik, and any permits or access conditions needed for the selected coach.

Half-day, full-day or regular contract

A one-time day outing, a six-day weekly programme and a monthly or annual shuttle need separate service schedules and quotations.

Extra services and weather changes

Additional stops, overtime, driver lodging, licensed tourist guides and attraction bookings are agreed separately; changes for extreme weather may alter timing or access.

Details to include in your enquiry
  • Travel date and desired start and finish time
  • Exact hotel/office pickup and final drop-off addresses
  • Passenger count, group makeup and number/dimensions of suitcases
  • Preferred Dubai attractions and any booked admission times
  • Desired vehicle, fuel arrangement, waiting, extra stops and accessibility requirements
Booking and contract terms
Written price and validity

The quotation confirms currency, VAT treatment, mileage and permitted operating hours, route, available vehicle class and the period for which the offer is valid.

Payments and deposits

Payment due date, method and any advance payment or refundable deposit are provided in the accepted written quotation.

Cancellation and rescheduling

The applicable cancellation, no-show and rescheduling conditions depend on the accepted offer, not an assumed universal refund policy.

Access disruptions and safe operation

If a venue closes or conditions are unsafe, an alternative stop or schedule may be agreed, subject to permits, safe operation and any additional charges.

The written offer controls the service supplied. We do not promise specific model years, onboard amenities, unrestricted parking, a tour-guide licence or a replacement arrival deadline unless verified and expressly accepted.

Dubai City Tour Bus Rental FAQs

Answers about booking a private tour vehicle, suitable group sizes, fees and route arrangements in Dubai.

Is this a guided Dubai city tour with individual tickets?

No. This is private rental of a complete van, minibus or bus for your group. Sightseeing tickets and licensed tour guides are separate unless specifically added to the quotation.

Can I choose my own Dubai city tour stops?

Yes. List your preferred landmarks and times. We will help arrange a practical vehicle route, subject to accessible pickup areas, parking arrangements and any venue rules.

What are popular areas for a Dubai city sightseeing bus?

Popular choices include Al Fahidi, Dubai Creek and Al Seef, Dubai Frame, Downtown and Dubai Mall, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JBR and Palm Jumeirah. The actual itinerary is agreed for your group.

Can a private bus collect us from a hotel in Dubai Marina or Deira?

You can request a pickup at your hotel or another exact address. The loading location must be accessible and legal for the size of bus chosen, so we confirm it before dispatch.

Can we combine Old Dubai and Downtown in one outing?

Yes, as a proposed itinerary. Allow enough time for traffic, walking between heritage sights, any booked attractions and boarding the bus again.

How much does a Dubai city tour bus cost?

The price depends on vehicle category, group size, route, duration, driver and fuel, waiting, parking and tolls. The fleet cards show homepage vehicle budget estimates, not confirmed Dubai tour rates. Request a written quote.

Do you provide half-day, full-day and multi-day private city tour transport?

You can request any of these schedules. We confirm the agreed hours, driver duty, fuel and mileage scope, and overnight arrangements if your journey extends beyond one day.

Can we rent a bus weekly, monthly or yearly for hotel guest tours?

Yes, you may request repeated transport on a weekly, monthly or longer contract. A genuine price requires the dates, days of service, pickup locations, route, vehicle and fuel arrangement.

Which buses suit a group of 15, 30 or 50 people?

The fleet includes passenger vans, minibuses and coaches. The exact vehicle must have sufficient licensed passenger seats excluding the driver and safe space for any luggage. Tell us your full headcount.

Can we bring large checked suitcases during the sightseeing tour?

Tell us suitcase quantity and approximate dimensions. A fully seated van or minibus may have limited safe luggage room; we may suggest a coach with a luggage bay or another arrangement.

Are reclining leather seats, charging ports or onboard entertainment included?

Those features depend on the actual bus and manufacturer trim. We confirm model/year, seats, air conditioning, USB, Wi-Fi, entertainment and relevant braking or stability equipment for the unit offered.

Is fuel included in a private Dubai tour bus quotation?

Fuel inclusion depends on the package. You can request driver and fuel included or driver with fuel excluded where offered. Without-driver use is discussed only if lawful and actually available.

Are Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame admission included?

No, not unless clearly itemised in the accepted quotation. Attraction tickets, booked time slots, meals and guiding are separate from the vehicle hire.

Can our bus stop next to Burj Khalifa, Old Dubai souks or JBR beach?

Not necessarily. Bus and coach stopping, loading and parking may be restricted, especially near pedestrian areas and busy venues. We confirm an appropriate meeting point rather than promising door-to-door access for every vehicle.

Are Salik, parking, permits and waiting charged separately?

The written quote identifies any included or excluded tolls, parking, permits, waiting hours, overtime, additional stops and other operating charges.

Do you offer a professional guide as well as a driver?

Aseel’s core service is private passenger-vehicle rental. A licensed tourist guide is not automatically included; ask whether a separate service can be arranged and specifically priced.

Can we start or finish our sightseeing journey at Dubai Airport?

A DXB or DWC group pickup may be requested. Airport terminals have their own approved commercial pickup/parking procedures, so share the airport, terminal, flight and luggage details before confirmation.

What if an attraction is closed or the weather changes?

We can discuss a route change when safe and practical, subject to remaining hire time, vehicle access and any agreed extra fees. Tickets and attraction reopening are controlled by the venue.

What happens if the hired bus breaks down?

We arrange assistance under the accepted service agreement. A one-hour replacement-arrangement commitment applies only when expressly agreed; the actual arrival of a suitable bus depends on the situation and location.

Can we transport children or passengers who need wheelchair access?

Inform us of children’s ages, required seating and accessibility needs before booking. We will verify whether a suitable authorised vehicle and passenger safety arrangements can be provided.

How do I book and what are the payment or cancellation terms?

Send the enquiry form or use the website’s phone, email or WhatsApp options. The written quotation sets out vehicle availability, payment, any deposit, VAT treatment, rescheduling and cancellation conditions.
