Yes. Provide the DXB terminal, flight details, number of delegates, bag count and all hotel/office stops. Airport parking, arrival waiting and any separate return movements are included or excluded in the written quote.

Yes. Our standard private company buses and passenger vans are arranged with appropriately licensed drivers. The quote includes the agreed driver duty hours and explains extra standby, overtime and waiting.

We offer a driver-and-fuel quotation for the agreed route, and can scope an eligible driver-only contract when your company supplies fuel. Fuel, tolls, extra mileage and VAT are clearly identified before acceptance.

Corporate passenger buses and large coaches are normally supplied with a suitable professional driver. A separate self-drive small-vehicle product, where legally available, is not the same as a heavy passenger-bus service.

The written corporate quotation says what is included and what is excluded. Salik, airport/venue parking, route changes and additional waiting may be charged as agreed. The currently applicable UAE VAT rate is 5% and is stated separately when relevant.

Tell us the estimated finish and the latest possible return pickup. Extra waiting and driver overtime are calculated at the rate agreed in the quotation. The homepage daily vehicle price is not an unlimited-hours offer.

Yes, recurring company routes may include a separately documented backup or replacement arrangement. We agree any one-hour dispatch target, operating contact, shift coverage and substitute-vehicle terms before signing.
