01Scope and who provides the service
These terms govern enquiries and quotations made through aseelbusrental.com for private whole-vehicle group transportation in the United Arab Emirates. “Aseel Bus Rental” is the website/brand name; the licensed contracting supplier, its trade-licence details, business address and any applicable permits must be identified in the final quotation or written transport agreement before a booking is accepted. Do not treat the brand name alone as proof of a particular legal entity or licence.
02Services covered and not covered
We respond to requests for private buses, minibuses and passenger vans with drivers, one-way or return transfers, staff and labour transport, hotel and corporate shuttles, event transportation, airport group transfers and privately arranged sightseeing transport. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not sell individual passenger seats, public bus tickets, shared car-lift services, flight tickets, tour guides, attraction admissions, hotel accommodation, or goods delivery. Specialised school or other regulated transport is supplied only if the applicable authorisations and arrangements are verified.
03Enquiry is not a booking
Submitting any form, pressing WhatsApp, calling or emailing us creates an enquiry only. Automatic reference numbers, acknowledgement emails, example rates and website availability language are not booking confirmations. A binding booking is formed only when an authorised representative sends a written quotation identifying the supplier, scope, prices and key terms and both sides confirm acceptance by the method specified in that quotation; any required payment must also be completed. We may decline requests that cannot be performed safely or lawfully.
04Priority of documents and fair terms
A mutually accepted, dated service quotation or signed contract controls the confirmed vehicle, route, duty hours, price, cancellation schedule and service-specific commitments. These website terms fill gaps only where they do not conflict with mandatory UAE law. No provision removes a consumer’s non-waivable rights, statutory remedies, or a supplier’s mandatory obligations; an unfair or unlawful term will not be applied.
05Accurate booking information
Provide accurate journey dates, departure and return times, exact pickup/drop-off points, passenger counts, ages where relevant, luggage quantities, flight numbers, accessibility needs and responsible on-site contact details. A company booking must be requested by a person authorised to act for it. We will discuss material missing information before confirmation; inaccurate information may require a revised quotation or suitable alternative vehicle, but never an undisclosed charge.
06Vehicle class, seating and luggage
Photos, model names, seating bands and price guides are illustrative unless the written quotation confirms a particular vehicle. The passenger capacity must match the vehicle’s legally approved seating layout and may differ from the model’s marketed total seats, which may include the driver. Luggage room is not guaranteed by passenger count; state the size and number of suitcases, mobility equipment and child equipment in advance. No standing passengers, blocked exits or unsafe luggage placement are permitted.
07Prices, currency and quote inclusions
Website rates, cost illustrations and competitor-style reference examples are not final tariffs or binding offers. A valid written quotation states the total or itemised AED price, duty hours and dates, vehicles, trips, driver, fuel, mileage, Salik/tolls, parking, permits, airport access, waiting, overtime and other applicable items, including whether each is included or excluded. We will not treat an unconfirmed illustration as an agreed charge or guarantee.
08VAT, taxes and invoices
Any VAT or other tax must be determined from the actual legal classification of the supplied service and stated correctly in the quotation and invoice; not every passenger transport or sightseeing arrangement has identical VAT treatment. Where a tax invoice is required, the supplier will issue one complying with applicable UAE law. Consumer invoices must contain the required trade identity, address, service, charges and details in Arabic; another language may also be provided.
09Payments, deposits and security
If a deposit or advance payment is required, the written quotation must state its amount, due date, accepted payment method, payment beneficiary and how it affects cancellation or refunds. Never send card security codes, banking passwords or copies of payment cards through an enquiry form, WhatsApp or ordinary email. Website forms do not collect payment-card details or complete an online payment. Ask for a receipt for every payment.
10Cancellation and refund rules
Cancellation periods, any genuine non-recoverable third-party costs, refund eligibility and timelines must be provided clearly in the written quotation before you accept or pay. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies merely because a deposit was paid. If the supplier cannot provide a materially agreed service, the parties will discuss suitable replacement performance, rescheduling or an appropriate refund as required by contract and mandatory consumer law. Consumer statutory rights take priority over inconsistent wording.
11Customer changes and extra hours
Changes to date, route, destinations, number of passengers, duty hours, stops, flight details or luggage after confirmation may require a new price, additional vehicle or revised schedule. We will explain the change and seek approval of material extra charges before performance whenever reasonably possible. Overtime is only charged under the rate or method agreed in writing; no hidden extras will be added.
12Pickup times, delays and no-shows
The confirmation specifies pickup place and scheduled time. Passengers should be ready, obey local stopping restrictions and follow the confirmed meeting instructions. If a group does not appear, agreed waiting and no-show conditions may apply only if they were disclosed beforehand and are lawful. Traffic, venue access, weather and immigration processing can affect timing; notify us promptly of material changes.
13Airport transfers and flight information
Supply the airport, terminal, flight number, flight date, expected number of passengers and checked bags. Flight monitoring, complimentary waiting, meet-and-greet, coach-bay access, airport entry fees and luggage vehicles are NOT included unless stated in the accepted quotation. Pickup locations and permissions may change according to airport and transport authority rules; we will provide an authorised alternative pickup plan if needed.
14Recurring staff and labour transportation
A recurring contract should specify company locations, routes, permitted pickup points, shifts, working days, passenger numbers, mileage, contract term, staffing contacts, vehicle condition and backup arrangements if any. The company customer is responsible for sharing accurate rosters and only necessary employee details with a lawful basis. Driver permits, vehicle approvals and occupational/site access conditions must be observed. We do not offer unlicensed individual seat-sharing.
15Events, tours and attractions
Event and sightseeing quotations cover transport of your private group according to the agreed itinerary. They do not by themselves include admission tickets, tourist guides, attraction reservations, event access credentials or guarantees that roads or venues remain open. The organiser must share access windows, parking requirements and passenger instructions in advance. Regulated tour guiding or travel services are performed only by the relevant authorised providers.
16School groups, minors and safeguarding
Transport involving children or students requires a separately approved arrangement confirming the appropriate vehicle, supervision, child-restraint requirements, authorised adult contacts, pickup/release procedures and all applicable school-transport or operator permits. A general “school bus” image or website page is not a promise that the service or approval is available. The booking organisation must follow safeguarding duties applicable to it.
17Accessibility and additional assistance
Tell us about wheelchair access, reduced mobility, assistance needs or other relevant requirements before accepting a quote. We will check whether an appropriately approved vehicle and safe boarding arrangements can be provided; we do not advertise all buses as wheelchair accessible. Accessible transport requirements and passenger dignity will be handled in line with applicable laws.
18Safety, passenger conduct and prohibited items
All passengers must obey the driver’s lawful safety instructions, use seat belts where fitted or required, remain in permitted seats and avoid interference with vehicle controls or emergency exits. Smoking, unlawful drugs, weapons, dangerous goods, aggressive conduct, overcrowding and unsafe carriage of animals or luggage are prohibited. A driver may stop an unsafe journey and request authority assistance when necessary; any fees or refund outcomes remain subject to the written agreement and law.
19Licensing, permits and subcontractors
Transport must be carried out by a properly licensed and permitted operator using legally approved vehicles and appropriately qualified drivers. A third-party operator may be used only where lawful, suitably authorised, and disclosed where required; the contracting supplier remains responsible for obligations that UAE law does not allow it to exclude. Some cross-emirate and airport routes require specific permissions, so the confirmed route may need adjustment.
20Accidents, breakdowns and emergencies
If an accident, breakdown or safety emergency occurs, contact UAE emergency services where appropriate and follow lawful driver instructions. We will take reasonable steps to communicate, secure assistance and arrange a practical transport alternative where required and available, without promising an unverified fixed replacement time. Legal rights concerning negligent service, personal injury and applicable insurance are not waived by this policy.
21Unforeseen events and rescheduling
Severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, airport interruptions and comparable events beyond reasonable control may prevent or delay performance. Both parties should notify each other, mitigate avoidable losses and discuss safe alternatives, rescheduling or lawful refunds. Such circumstances do not automatically extinguish consumer rights or permit the supplier to retain all payments irrespective of the service provided.
22Liability and consumer rights
We do not exclude or restrict responsibility where doing so is prohibited by UAE law, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability for proven wrongdoing, negligence, death or personal injury to the extent the law does not permit exclusion. Any lawful limitation relating to indirect business losses must be specifically agreed and cannot override statutory rights. Affected persons may seek the remedies available under applicable legislation.
23Complaints and service concerns
For billing disputes, missed service, unsafe driving, accessibility problems, refunds or data concerns, email enquiry@aseelbusrental.com with the booking reference, date, route and a description. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints and aim for a fair, timely resolution. Customers may approach the competent UAE consumer, transport or data-protection authority when applicable; this process does not remove those rights.
24Privacy and customer communications
We use submitted booking information to respond to the enquiry, arrange a permitted service and maintain legally required records, as described in our Privacy Policy. Clicking WhatsApp, telephone or email opens third-party communication channels; messages you send through them are governed in part by the relevant provider’s practices. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis and applicable opt-out mechanism, not simply a quote enquiry.
25Website use and intellectual property
You may browse the site, compare services and submit genuine enquiries. Do not attack the website, send spam, impersonate another person, upload illegal material or misuse booking forms. Website text, graphics and brand identifiers are protected to the extent applicable; third-party vehicle and product names belong to their respective owners. No website image alone certifies actual vehicle ownership or current availability.
26Applicable law, courts and language
These terms and any confirmed transport contract are subject to applicable United Arab Emirates laws and mandatory regulations of the relevant emirate. Disputes are referred to the competent UAE courts or other authorised forum in accordance with law and any valid written agreement. Both English and Arabic versions are provided for accessibility; where a mandatory Arabic legal text or consumer requirement applies, it prevails to the extent required by law, not because of an automatic contractual waiver.
27Updates, severability and contact
We may update website terms prospectively and display an updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted quotation without lawful mutual agreement. If a clause is invalid, remaining lawful clauses continue so far as possible. To request the contracting entity’s verified identity, licensing details, a written quotation or a copy of the applicable terms, email enquiry@aseelbusrental.com or call +971 55 228 3835.
