Ras Al Khaimah Tour Bus Rentalfor Private Groups
See Ras Al Khaimah together, from the old town and coastal heritage to Al Hamra and mountain views. Hire a passenger van, minibus or coach for your organised group with an agreed driver, stops and return time. Tell us your pickup point, number of guests and luggage for a tailored quote.
Aseel provides whole-vehicle transport for your group, not individual sightseeing seats, tour-guide tickets or an all-inclusive holiday package. Attraction access, guides, meals and activities are separate unless specifically included in your quotation.

PRIVATE GROUP TOUR TRANSPORT
Ras Al Khaimah Tour Bus Rental: Private Groups and Corporate Outings
Planning a day out in Ras Al Khaimah with colleagues, visiting guests, a hotel group or family? We can help you select a vehicle for a route built around the places you want to see. Combine a manageable set of city, waterfront or heritage stops, or ask for a separate longer mountain or coastal itinerary. Your pickup location, passenger count and agreed route shape the vehicle quotation.
Private vehicle and driver; no individual tickets
Book the complete bus, minibus or van for your organised party. A private group driver follows the agreed pickup, stops and return plan. This is not a scheduled public bus, hop-on/hop-off sightseeing ticket, guided city-tour product or sale of single passenger seats.
The National Museum, Al Qawasim Corniche and Al Jazeera Al Hamra are distinct attractions that can be grouped into a realistic itinerary subject to opening times and safe stopping.
Arrange pickups for Al Hamra, Al Marjan Island and Mina Al Arab accommodation, with access and luggage handling agreed for the property.
Dhayah Fort and Jebel Jais require extra road time, appropriate drop-off arrangements and suitability checks; do not assume a large coach can use every mountain road.
Aseel is a passenger-bus rental provider. Tourism guide services, attraction tickets, yacht or pearl-farm bookings, zipline reservations, food and accommodation are not standard inclusions. Any extra supplied service must be itemised in the accepted quotation.
Suggested Itinerary, Timing and Pickup
Pick a practical route for the time available. The city waterfront and museum fit a different journey from coastal Al Hamra, remote Dhayah Fort or the long mountain ascent to Jebel Jais. Tell us which stops are essential and how long guests want at each location; we will plan the vehicle and pickup points around real road access.
Visit the museum in the former fort and learn about archaeology, pearling and the history of Ras Al Khaimah. The official destination guide lists regular museum hours Tuesday to Sunday and a Monday closure; confirm holidays and any group conditions before travel.
Check current admission, visitor hours and group entrance rules directly. The bus needs a suitable legal pickup point away from restricted or narrow approaches.
Official RAK tourism: National Museum ↗Enjoy a waterfront walk beside city mangroves, cafés and family spaces. This is a pleasant relaxed stop for older guests or groups that want time away from the bus, with the collection point arranged in advance.
Use lawful bus parking and meeting locations; restaurant reservations, activities and food are separate.
Official RAK tourism: Al Qawasim Corniche ↗Explore the heritage of the old pearling community and its traditional coral-stone buildings, mosque, courtyards and fort setting. The protected open-air site has uneven surfaces and fragile old structures. Do not enter unsafe ruins or plan night-time access.
Official tourism recommends visiting during daylight and taking care around buildings and uneven paths. Coach parking should be confirmed for the chosen stopping point.
Official RAK tourism: Al Jazeera Al Hamra ↗Al Hamra is suitable for an agreed resort or marina-area collection, a waterfront pause or a separately booked guest activity. Parking and property access differ between the public waterfront, resort premises and the private marina.
Any private beach, boat trip, restaurant, resort entry or guided activity needs its own booking and is not included in bus rental by default.
Official RAK tourism: Al Hamra Waterfront ↗Include a confirmed Al Marjan Island hotel, event venue or coastal meeting location for guest transport. The island is an important resort area, but access to an individual property’s arrival court and coach parking must be arranged separately.
Ask the specific hotel or venue to confirm its group-vehicle access, parking arrangements and guest meeting location.
Official RAK tourism: hotel and resort areas ↗Dhayah Fort is a historic hilltop fort reached on foot by a steep climb of 239 steps. It can be an optional heritage extension for suitable guests, but the fort itself is not a place for a bus drop-off at the top.
The official destination guide says the rocky ascent is not suitable for wheelchairs, prams or mobility aids and recommends daylight visits. Allow enough time for the climb and a safe bus collection.
Official RAK tourism: Dhayah Fort ↗Jebel Jais offers scenic mountain roads and viewpoints. A mountain ascent is a different day-plan from a city heritage circuit. Use only roads, pull-ins and turning areas legally accessible to the selected passenger vehicle; weather or local restrictions may change access.
Mountain activities such as Jais Flight, Jais Sky Tour and the Sledder require separate availability and booking. A large coach must not be promised access to every ascent, activity base or viewpoint.
Official RAK tourism: Jebel Jais ↗Ask about an additional northern-coast stop near Al Rams or the Dhayah area if the group wants a nature or heritage focus. It adds travel time and is not automatically part of the compact city tour.
Final stopping points depend on local road access, weather and the assigned vehicle, especially for full-size buses.
Official RAK visitor information ↗City hotel or corporate pickup → National Museum → Al Qawasim Corniche → agreed restaurant or shopping stop → return.
Hotel or RAK city pickup → Al Jazeera Al Hamra heritage village → accessible Al Hamra Waterfront meeting point → confirmed coastal hotel → return.
RAK city → museum or waterfront → Dhayah Fort access point for an optional 239-step hike → agreed return; allow extra travel and walking time.
Exact UAE pickup → lawful Jebel Jais viewpoint or booked activity meeting point, subject to bus suitability and road access → planned comfort stop → return.
Company or hotel pickup in Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman → selected RAK heritage or resort areas → same-day return; budget driving hours before selecting many stops.
DXB, DWC, SHJ or RKT group collection (subject to airport pickup requirements) → RAK resort or agreed sightseeing stop → hotel drop-off or return.
Airport or city pickup → Al Hamra / Al Marjan Island accommodation → separately agreed next-day city, heritage or mountain excursion → return on the confirmed date.
A local city circuit can concentrate on a few nearby stops. Al Hamra and Al Jazeera Al Hamra take the journey farther along the coast; Dhayah Fort adds a northern drive and a 239-step hike, while Jebel Jais adds substantial mountain travel. Starting from Dubai or Abu Dhabi also means budgeting return motorway hours. We quote the full itinerary and driver duty rather than promise a universal driving duration. Confirm changing attraction hours before finalising.
Pickup areas you can requestSend us the exact origin and final destination, along with map pins for each sightseeing location. Route distance and driving time should be checked for your actual vehicle and travel date, not guessed from city-centre averages. Dhayah Fort needs a walking ascent, and off-road wadi tracks or restricted mountain access are not ordinary licensed bus routes.
Choose Minibus or Coach by Group Size
Choose your whole-group vehicle by passenger count, luggage and where it can safely travel. Compare the linked cards for passenger vans, Coaster and Rosa minibuses, and touring coaches. Rates, photos and equipment references shown on those cards come directly from Aseel’s homepage database rather than a separate RAK price list.
Ask about licensed passenger seats excluding any driver position. Bags matter: eight large checked suitcases take much more cargo room than eight daypacks. At full passenger seating, a van or workforce bus may not have a dedicated hold. Tell us your suitcase dimensions, weight, mobility aids and planned equipment before choosing a vehicle.

The compartment volume is a published model specification; approved luggage weight, case stacking and aisle clearance still govern the actual load.
The published homepage fleet guide may show daily/monthly planning prices and manufacturer specification examples. Those numbers are NOT fixed Ras Al Khaimah city-tour fares, proof of a particular vehicle’s availability, or a guarantee of model year. For a compact RAK city or waterfront itinerary with a suitable local pickup point and limited agreed stops. Starting from another emirate may consume too much driving time for a short hire.
For a city-and-coast trip, a northern heritage excursion or a separate Jebel Jais outing where vehicle access and attraction plans are confirmed.
Suitable for repeat hotel guest routes, corporate visitors or scheduled private group trips. The route, days, trip counts, vehicle and fuel terms determine any negotiated price.
A long-term or overnight agreement needs written route frequencies, kilometre limits, driver hours/rest, approvals, parking and lodging conditions. Quote based on your schedule.
Plan small personal bags that can be secured without obstructing seats, aisles, doors or emergency exits. Tell us if activity gear is also being transported.
A checked suitcase of 70 × 45 × 28 cm occupies approximately 88 L by external dimensions; ten require about 0.88 m³ before practical packing allowances. Safe payload, stowage and loading on the assigned vehicle still control capacity.
Bikes, large coolers, tripods or heavy bags need an explicitly agreed loading plan. Rooftop luggage is not assumed; it is possible only if a suitable approved, weight-rated fixture exists on the particular vehicle.
Each model heading is a clickable link to its fleet detail page. For Dhayah or Jebel Jais, tell us your exact stops before choosing a large coach: mountain-road and turning restrictions can rule out an otherwise suitable passenger capacity. Explore our full fleet ↗
Custom Stops, Driver and Return Arrangements
Hire a complete van, minibus or bus with a suitable driver for a Ras Al Khaimah city outing, resort guest visit, corporate excursion or planned return journey. Give us the stop order before travel; we confirm vehicle class, hours and access rules in the written quotation.
Stops and timing flexible by agreement
Your group can request more time at the museum, a new hotel drop-off or a mountain extension, but extra hours or mileage need approval. A bus cannot stop in every narrow heritage lane, private resort courtyard or restricted mountain road. We will agree meeting points and pricing before a change is carried out.
Reserve one vehicle for old-town heritage, waterfront walking and a convenient city return.
Arrange group collection for Al Marjan Island, Mina Al Arab or Al Hamra hotels, checking large-vehicle access with the property.
Collect corporate guests at one or more agreed assembly points, complete scheduled stops and return at the arranged time.
Move relatives or guests together by private vehicle, with seating comfort and baggage matched to the actual passengers.
Museum and heritage outings may be arranged where child supervision, suitable vehicle arrangements, permissions and itinerary safety are confirmed.
Plan separate access-approved mountain days or multi-day hotel arrangements with proper driver rest, parking, available lodging and seasonal adjustments.
Ask for a trip quotation showing the vehicle, included operating hours, route and mileage, plus which parking, permits, tolls or waiting are included.
Where a suitable contract is offered, agree who supplies fuel, how usage is measured, kilometre assumptions and the treatment of additional trips.
Only where the specific class of vehicle may legally be supplied, insurance conditions are met, and the option is operationally available; never assume self-drive bus rental.
Longer waiting, altered pickup, extra kilometres and any night or overtime charges must be recorded in the booking terms or separately approved.
RAK Transport Authority publishes a temporary vehicle-permit process for passenger operators licensed outside the emirate and a professional-driver permit process. Required operating permissions must be checked and obtained for the actual service; no unrestricted inter-emirate operation is implied.
Vehicles must have registration, insurance, scheduled maintenance and applicable inspection/seatbelt compliance; drivers must hold the appropriate licence and, where required, professional permit. Safety and comfort features depend on the actual assigned unit.
Do not send a coach up unapproved narrow roads or into protected ruins. Jebel Jais roads, booked activity sites and Dhayah Fort’s pedestrian approach require separate access checks; weather can cause changes.
Aseel can agree to arrange a replacement within one hour when this is expressly written into the signed contract. It does not promise that a substitute will physically arrive anywhere in Ras Al Khaimah within one hour, which depends on distance, traffic, approval and available units.
Bus Rental Quote: Hours, Route and Parking
A RAK city heritage circuit, resort return and full-day Jebel Jais excursion use different hours and distances. Let us price the whole trip you actually need rather than advertising a generic per-person tour ticket. Tell us your pickup, number of guests, luggage, planned stops, chosen hire period and return time.
Attraction entry charges separate unless quoted
Bus rental covers the passenger-vehicle arrangement stated in your accepted offer. Tickets, museum admissions, private beach visits, guided heritage tours, Jais activities, pearl-farm experiences, boat rides, food, accommodation and other third-party activities are separate unless itemised in writing.
Daily and monthly figures on the linked fleet cards are copied dynamically from the existing homepage catalogue as illustrative vehicle hire ranges, not verified Ras Al Khaimah sightseeing tariffs. Half-day, one-way, return, multi-day, weekly, monthly and annual packages, as well as driver-only or fuel-excluded variants, are quoted against actual route details and inclusions. No independent fixed RAK bus-tour price is claimed.
Starting in RAK city differs substantially from a Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain or Abu Dhabi group pickup and return.
A museum–corniche circuit, Al Hamra resort journey, Dhayah northern route and Jebel Jais mountain trip have different kilometres and driver hours.
A 13-place van, Coaster minibus and 50-plus-seat coach have different operating costs; luggage volume can require more capacity than passenger count alone.
Half-day, full-day, overnight, repeat weekly, monthly and annual hire require distinct duty, rest and kilometre terms.
Confirm driver-and-fuel included or driver included/fuel excluded. Self-drive bus hire, if offered, depends on lawful and insured eligibility.
RAK permits where required, parking, UAE tolls where applicable, waiting, extra stops, overtime, overnight driver accommodation and attraction or activity entry are specified as included or excluded.
- Exact pickup and final return addresses or map pins
- Date, pickup time, requested sightseeing stops and time at each stop
- Number of passengers, wheelchair or child-seating needs, checked bags and activity gear
- Preferred van, Coaster, Rosa, executive minibus or luxury coach class
- Whether the quote should include driver, fuel, parking, any permit costs and overnight duty
- Contact name, company if applicable, phone/WhatsApp, email and required quotation deadline
Before confirmation, the quotation states the vehicle, itinerary, validity, service date, payment deadline, any deposit and chargeable amendments.
UAE VAT treatment depends on the nature of the supply. Sightseeing or pleasure trips are not necessarily eligible for the ordinary local passenger transport exemption; any applicable VAT will be identified in the written quotation and invoice.
Departure changes, attraction closures, mountain weather disruptions, cancellations and no-shows are handled under the agreed written conditions; there is no standard free-change promise.
Submitting an enquiry does not hold a bus. A reservation is confirmed only after the vehicle, route, safe operating conditions and booking requirements have been accepted by the company.
A vehicle’s manufacturer brochure does not prove what Aseel currently has in stock. Confirm the allocated model year, licensed passenger seats, safety belts, A/C, baggage hold, ABS/stability aids, interior finish and operational permits before dispatch. School or specially assisted journeys require the necessary vehicle approvals and arrangements.
How to Book a Private Group Tour Bus
Tell us which Ras Al Khaimah sights matter to your group and where you want the bus to begin and finish. We will check the suitable vehicle size, required road access and your driver/fuel package, then prepare a quotation for the agreed private hire.
Send passenger numbers, pickup emirate and full address, date, intended stops, luggage, activity bookings and expected return time.
Review the assigned passenger capacity, baggage allowances, mountain or heritage access, operating hours, driver/fuel inclusions and separately chargeable items.
Approve the written quotation and any required payment or contract. We then confirm the vehicle, driver coordination and suitable pickup or hotel meeting point.

Answers about choosing a bus, planning RAK stops, paying for transport and keeping your group together.
Is Ras Al Khaimah Tour Bus Rental a public sightseeing ticket?
No. Aseel supplies the whole bus, minibus or passenger van for your organised party, under an agreed driving route. There are no individual seats for sale or fixed public bus departures.
Which attractions can we request on a Ras Al Khaimah tour?
Tell us whether you prefer the National Museum, Al Qawasim Corniche, Al Jazeera Al Hamra, Al Hamra Waterfront, a coastal resort, Dhayah Fort or an optional Jebel Jais outing. We confirm a realistic order and vehicle-accessible stops.
Can we see the National Museum and Al Jazeera Al Hamra in the same day?
You can request both. The actual timing depends on your starting location, museum hours, the heritage-site access point, boarding time and any other stops. We will quote the full route.
Does the hired bus take visitors to the top of Dhayah Fort?
No. Dhayah Fort is reached by climbing 239 steps on foot after vehicle drop-off at a suitable access point. The official destination guide says this climb is unsuitable for wheelchairs and prams.
Can a large touring coach go up Jebel Jais?
Not automatically. Road conditions, mountain restrictions, turning capacity, passenger weight, driver duty and bus-specific approval must be assessed before promising a coach route or viewpoint stop.
Are Jebel Jais zipline or other activity tickets included?
No, unless specifically included in a written offer. Jais Flight, Jais Sky Tour, restaurant reservations and similar activities are separate operator services that require their own availability checks and bookings.
Can Aseel collect our group from Dubai or Sharjah for a RAK tour?
You may request pickup from a hotel, office or other exact address in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain or another emirate. We quote the entire drive and return, subject to permits and vehicle availability.
Do you arrange Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra hotel pickups?
Yes, these can be requested in a private quotation. Give us the exact hotel and required guest assembly point so vehicle-size limits, resort security access and parking can be confirmed.
How many passengers and suitcases fit on a Toyota Coaster or coach?
It depends on the registered passenger seats, driver position, approved luggage storage and vehicle payload. Send bag sizes and group count; a full passenger load does not guarantee space for all large suitcases.
Are tour buses air-conditioned, with USB, leather seats or Wi-Fi?
Vehicle features vary by model year and the particular unit provided. Tell us what you need; the quote should identify the offered bus type and confirmed equipment rather than promising every feature for every model.
What are the daily, weekly and monthly Ras Al Khaimah bus hire rates?
The fleet cards use general homepage daily and monthly vehicle-rental budget figures. A RAK sightseeing rate depends on routes, time and inclusions. Weekly, monthly or annual group contracts are priced by written schedule-based quotation.
Can we hire a bus with driver and without fuel?
Where offered, we can quote a driver-included, fuel-excluded arrangement with documented mileage and refuelling terms. Driver and fuel included can also be requested. Without-driver hire is considered only if legally and operationally available.
Are parking, road tolls and RAK permits included?
They are only included if your quotation says so. Airport/venue parking, applicable UAE tolls, extra permits, waiting, overtime and additional stops are itemised or excluded clearly before confirmation.
Do Ras Al Khaimah buses need transport permits?
Depending on the operator, vehicle, driver and service, RAKTA licensing requirements may apply. Operators licensed outside Ras Al Khaimah have a published temporary vehicle permit process; suitability and approvals must be checked before travel.
What happens if our bus breaks down during a tour?
We coordinate assistance and an appropriate backup as the service agreement provides. A one-hour replacement arrangement is a commitment only when expressly written into the contract; arrival time depends on available units, travel distance and road access.
Can we plan a half-day city tour or a multi-day RAK excursion?
Yes. A short local circuit, full-day coastal or mountain outing, and multiple-day hotel programme can all be requested, with separate quotes based on the actual pickup, driver duty, vehicle and return plan.
Are professional guides, attraction admission and meals provided?
No such services are automatically included in bus rental. If you need them, ask whether any can be separately coordinated and listed in writing. A transport quotation does not imply a guided package tour.
Is Al Jazeera Al Hamra suitable for an evening visit?
Official tourism guidance recommends daylight visits because the open-air site has fragile structures and limited lighting and staffing. Plan appropriate footwear and keep visitors out of unstable buildings.
What if mountain weather closes a stop or our group returns late?
Road or activity access can change with weather and operational instructions. Changes to the route, return hour or extra waiting are handled under the agreed safety and pricing terms; your driver will not enter restricted roads.
How do we request a quote and confirm our booking?
Use the tour enquiry form, phone, WhatsApp or email and send your dates, passengers, luggage, stops and hotel/address pins. We issue a written offer; booking and payment conditions apply before dispatch.
Do we pay VAT or a deposit?
The applicable VAT treatment, any deposit, payment schedule, quotation validity, cancellation and no-show terms are specified on the written offer or signed contract; do not assume one standard arrangement for every tour.
