Office and corporate employees
Arrange pickups from agreed residential collection points to Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown Dubai, JLT or your own office. We can plan a return after the workday, including staggered finishes when the roster allows.
Keep your team moving with a staff bus that follows your working hours. We arrange private vans, minibuses and larger buses for employees travelling between agreed pickup points, offices, hotels, factories and project sites. Send us your shift times, employee count and route. We will prepare a clear transport plan and a written quote.
One bus reserved for your company • Morning, evening or split shifts • One-way, return and recurring routes • No individual seat tickets or public car lift.

If your employees start or finish work together, we can help you arrange a dedicated bus instead of asking everyone to find separate rides. We plan the pickup sequence, passenger count, worksite arrival time, drop-off order and approved bus stops with you. The service is for an employer or organised group booking an entire vehicle, not individual paid seats.
Tell us where each group waits, when work starts, whether the morning and evening routes differ and which days you operate. We then match the number of seats and vehicles to your actual roster. One bus is not promised for overlapping shifts that cannot be completed safely on time.
Arrange pickups from agreed residential collection points to Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown Dubai, JLT or your own office. We can plan a return after the workday, including staggered finishes when the roster allows.
Give hotel housekeeping, kitchen, front-office and support teams a planned ride between staff accommodation and the hotel. Early starts, late finishes and different shifts are priced according to vehicle hours and travel time.
Link worker accommodation or meeting points to Jebel Ali, JAFZA, DIP, Dubai South, DAFZA, Al Quoz and other authorised sites. We check any gate-pass, parking and driver-access conditions before mobilisation.
Keep staff transport organised for malls, medical facilities, customer-support centres and other teams with fixed or rotating duty times. Send the shift roster and passenger numbers by shift.
Move site engineers, supervisors, security and specialist workers on defined project routes. Dedicated labour-bus requirements can be reviewed separately on our labour transport service page once available.
You get an agreed route, capacity, working days, pickup windows and service terms. We specify driver, fuel, maintenance, backup, tolls and extras in the written contract so there are no unsupported blanket promises.
Start with your working timetable. We can quote a single transfer, a return shuttle, a short daily assignment, a six- or seven-day operating week, a monthly contract or a full-year programme. Regular staff transport is usually priced by the approved route and working schedule rather than by selling a ticket to each employee.
For each pickup we need the number of people boarding, stop order, location pin, shift start, shift finish, waiting time and preferred bus size. If two shifts overlap, we may recommend a second bus or a changed timetable. A larger bus is useful only if it can safely enter the streets, parking area and site gates.
One agreed morning or evening journey between a staff collection point and the workplace. Tell us if there are multiple stops and how early employees must arrive.
A morning inbound run plus a planned return at shift end. The driver duty and gap between journeys are part of the quotation; return travel is not automatically a free second journey.
Extra staff movement for a one-day inspection, a short assignment, training or a temporary worksite. We specify operating hours, number of trips and overtime before confirmation.
Repeated employee journeys on an agreed number of days, commonly five or six. We can also discuss seven-day hotel and facility operations; prices depend on the actual days and assigned vehicles.
An agreed bus for a 26-day-style or other specified monthly roster, including each shift, route, kilometres, driver duty, fuel treatment and backup terms. This is a common format for company contracts.
A twelve-month transport arrangement with defined pickup points, annual calendar, holiday and Ramadan planning, route revisions, rate review provisions and early termination rules.
We can discuss compact passenger vans, mid-size minibuses and high-capacity staff buses. Select a vehicle to view its detailed fleet page. The prices displayed in our vehicle cards are the same figures currently stored on our website homepage, not a live availability check or a guaranteed package for your specific route.
12–15-seat optionsNeed everyday staff transfers or a private pickup? Tell us your headcount and timing.
12–15-seat optionsMoving a small team on a repeat route? Let us match the van to your shift.
22–30-seat optionsOrganising a medium-sized staff route or event shuttle? A Coaster may fit.
26–34-seat optionsHave a larger shift team or site transfer? Share your passenger list and route.
34 total seats: 33 passengers + 1 driverArrange one complete Rosa-size bus for up to 33 seated passengers and one professional driver. Suitable for recurring employee transport, factory and project teams, hotel-to-event shuttles and planned private group travel.
60–67-seat optionsTransporting a large workforce on fixed shifts? Tell us your pickup points and schedule.
66 passenger seats + 1 driver (67 places total; registered layout required)Private workforce and employee transport for up to 66 seated passengers on one agreed route: factories, labour accommodation, construction sites and shift changes. AC and non-AC packages are priced separately.
Fleet cards are fed from our published homepage and fleet catalogue. Some list daily or monthly planning guides with different driver/fuel assumptions. Vehicle pictures represent a category; check the approved passenger capacity, allocated bus production year, specification and registration before you sign. Bus seating must never be exceeded, and employee belongings cannot obstruct doors or aisles.
Your staff transport timetable should fit the actual workday. We can plan licensed pickups in Dubai and review journeys between emirates when the permits, route and vehicle allow. We confirm which bus serves which shift instead of assuming that one vehicle can cover every timing.
Possible collection areas include Al Qusais, Al Nahda, Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Al Barsha, JVC, International City, Discovery Gardens and Muhaisnah. Exact pickup bays, traffic and legal stopping rules are agreed before service.
Typical employer destinations can include Business Bay, JLT, Dubai Marina, Al Quoz, DIP, Jebel Ali, JAFZA, Dubai South, DAFZA and Expo City Dubai. Free-zone gate passes, site parking and permit conditions are checked for each route.
We can review Sharjah–Dubai, Ajman–Dubai, Dubai–Abu Dhabi and similar routes subject to licensed vehicle, driver, approvals and appropriate emirate-specific permits. Airport pickups are a separate regulated matter, not assumed in a staff contract.
For example, your roster might require pickup before a 07:00 shift and a return after a 17:00 finish. These are examples, not fixed departure times: we build the actual timetable from your worksite reporting requirement and road conditions.
A 05:00–17:00 shift followed by a 17:00–05:00 shift can require two buses when routes overlap. We assess actual drive time, boarding, compulsory breaks and driver hours before agreeing to the schedule.
Send planned standby hours, unscheduled pickups, last-minute roster changes, site delays, extra kilometres and overtime needs. Your accepted quotation identifies any included waiting and the approved extra-hour or extra-trip charges.
See the daily and monthly planning figures that are already published on our website. The comparison table automatically reads our current homepage fleet rates. Its six-day and 12-month columns are only arithmetic examples where the source price is a plain AED range; they are not independently approved weekly or yearly package offers. We quote your exact route, trips, seats and service hours before confirming a contract.

Pricing source: the existing Aseel homepage fleet content, as supplied with this project on 17 October 2026. Columns labelled 6-day or 12-month are not fixed staff-transport tariffs or discounted contract packages. A six-day example is not a seven-day week. Some homepage prices are labelled with driver, fuel, ten-hour duty or 26 operating days; others give no inclusion basis. Where the basis is not stated, we do not assume it. All prices are AED and must be verified in a written offer; applicable VAT is addressed separately.
Our homepage shows AED 552.50–595 per day and AED 7,225 per month for the Toyota Hiace category. Six equal daily guides imply AED 3,315–3,570; twelve equal monthly guides imply AED 86,700. These are calculations, not separate confirmed weekly/yearly prices. Driver and fuel inclusions must be specified in your offer.
Our homepage displays AED 480–720 daily and AED 6,000–9,200 monthly for the Nissan Urvan category. Six days at the daily guides would be AED 2,880–4,320; twelve months at the monthly guides would be AED 72,000–110,400, before any changes or discounts. Verify seating, driver and fuel package.
For our 22–30-seat Toyota Coaster category, the homepage displays AED 560–960 daily and AED 7,600–12,000 monthly. Six daily examples total AED 3,360–5,760; twelve equal monthly examples total AED 91,200–144,000. Choose the actually registered seating layout.
The homepage Rosa category shows AED 600–1,040 per day and AED 7,600–12,400 per month. A six-day calculation is AED 3,600–6,240; 12 months is AED 91,200–148,800. Other 34-seat configurations have separate conditions and published guides.
Our 34-seat Rosa configuration shows AED 807.50 for a ten-hour daily example and AED 8,500 per 26-day month with driver and fuel. Six such daily guides equal AED 4,845; 12 equal monthly guides equal AED 102,000. These are illustrations for identical conditions, not an unconditional new offer.
Our homepage shows an air-conditioned Ashok Leyland staff-bus guide of AED 850–1,020 daily with driver and fuel, and AED 8,925–9,775 monthly with driver and fuel. At unchanged terms, six days equal AED 5,100–6,120 and 12 months equal AED 107,100–117,300. Actual routes may differ.
A separate homepage layout gives AC AED 680–850 per ten-hour day (non-AC AED 595–722.50), and AC AED 9,775–10,625 per 26-day month with driver and fuel. These are distinct configuration guides. At those AC numbers, six example days equal AED 4,080–5,100; 12 monthly guides equal AED 117,300–127,500.
A company may request a driver-included, fuel-excluded quote with clear fuel responsibility. We cannot publish an actual discount versus the driver-and-fuel option without a route-specific price. Self-drive staff transport is not a routine default and is offered only for an eligible vehicle and customer where licensing, permits, insurance and actual availability allow. No unverified self-drive price is advertised.
For five, six or seven working days each week, send the operating calendar and duty hours. For one-year contracts, share expected route stability, annual shutdowns and who pays fuel, tolls and driver accommodation. We price these as specific packages; multiplying a published guide is only a budgeting method.
The UAE standard VAT rate is 5% where the supply is taxable. Your quotation will show VAT treatment, covered kilometres/trips/hours, Salik, parking, waiting and overtime. Deposit or security cheque requirements, billing in advance or after service, credit terms, vacation periods and cancellations apply only if included in the signed agreement.
We want your employees to reach work in a suitable vehicle on an agreed schedule. We check the requested seat capacity, vehicle registration, relevant permits, driver qualification and required operating conditions for each job. Features and model-year requests are confirmed against the actual vehicle, not copied from a new-model brochure.
Our with-driver option includes a suitably licensed professional driver for the agreed operating period. We check the licence class and applicable transport requirements. Shift breaks, overtime, replacement drivers and extended duty hours are covered by the written plan.
Ask for one company quotation that covers the vehicle, driver and agreed fuel use on your specified route. The monthly Ashok staff-bus guide on our homepage expressly lists this combination. Salik, accommodation and parking are not automatically included unless written.
For eligible recurring routes, we can prepare a fuel-excluded alternative. The company provides or pays for fuel as agreed, while the driver and vehicle remain in the contract. We state mileage and fuel accountability rather than invent a fixed percentage discount.
The site includes self-drive vehicle categories, but you should not assume any full-size employee bus may be collected and driven privately. We accept this arrangement only when the assigned vehicle, customer and driver meet applicable rules, insurance permissions and agreement conditions.
For routes where a one-hour backup response is expressly guaranteed in the signed service agreement, we arrange a suitable replacement vehicle within that agreed hour, subject to the contract definition of start time and coverage. On other routes we coordinate the fastest safe solution without claiming a universal guarantee.
ABS, EBD, brake assist, electronic stability systems and auxiliary or air brakes differ between makes, trims and manufacturing years. We can verify required braking and electronic stability equipment on the actual vehicle. No website description substitutes for a vehicle inspection.
Basic staff buses normally prioritise usable seats, air conditioning and safe entry. Fabric/vinyl upholstery is common; leather, reclining seating, USB power, screens, Wi-Fi, microphone or audio systems are selected extras, not standard on every Hiace, Coaster, Rosa or Falcon.
Daily staff bags should fit approved internal storage without blocking exits or aisles. A high-roof van or rooftop A/C does not include a roof luggage rack. Roof cargo is never included unless a particular vehicle has approved fittings, loading and height clearance. We agree cleaning and vehicle condition checks before deployment.
We check valid vehicle registration and insurance and applicable passenger-transport permits. Cross-emirate transport can trigger special route permissions. Share your company trade licence/contract paperwork and gate-pass conditions as required; the Dubai RTA sets requirements for rented-bus transport.
Your formal offer specifies the period, payment frequency, VAT handling, security if any, annual leave/site closure treatment, notice period and cancellation/variation rights. We do not label advance billing or a deposit compulsory for every job when those terms have not been approved.
Toyota UAE publishes a 2026 Hiace 13-seat passenger reference with high-roof people-moving variants. A/C and fabric/seat layout are grade-dependent; brakes and stability systems depend on exact regional specification. The 2026 product page does not establish that our assigned bus was built in 2026. We verify actual year, passenger seats, USB/audio and luggage on request.
Nissan Abu Dhabi lists 13 seats, gray cloth upholstery, front manual A/C and rear cooling/vents, ABS, electronic brake-force distribution and brake assist for the specified grade. Stability control, USB and driver electronics must be checked by trim. At full seating, large suitcase space is limited and needs a separate plan.
Toyota UAE lists a 2026 Coaster 23-seat version with a 6.7-inch AM/FM/DAB/USB/Bluetooth audio display, microphone/amplifier and curtains on a specified trim. Its USB audio input is not proof of USB charging at every seat. A/C, safety devices, seat belts and actual passenger-versus-driver layout are checked on the selected Coaster. No automatic checked-baggage hold or rooftop luggage claim.
The official Mitsubishi FUSO Rosa product page describes optional high-back passenger seat upholstery, Bluetooth radio, automatic cooling and, on some higher equipment lines, electronic stability control, advanced emergency braking and lane warning. These are range/trim references, not guaranteed features for an assigned 26–34-seat employee Rosa. We confirm year, folding-seat arrangement, brakes and bags with the actual bus.
Ashok Leyland publishes Falcon commercial chassis specifications for the UAE. Its regional distributor lists air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned bodies and pneumatic brakes with ABS as an option on certain models. AC units can use roof-mounted systems; roof AC is not a luggage roof rack. Electronic stability, passenger USB, entertainment, brake equipment and upholstery require a body-by-body check. Verify the vehicle registration for 60–67-seat or 66-passenger variants.
Booking your company bus starts with a clear roster. Complete the enquiry form below or reach us using the call, email or WhatsApp contacts on this page. We review your employee numbers, locations, timings, vehicle size and fuel choice, then send a written proposal with the package and start date.
Please include every shift, pickup and drop-off point, working days, duration (single day, week, month or year), desired bus size, fuel preference and gate-pass requirements. For an annual or multi-bus service, attach your roster or describe the passenger count for each journey in the additional requirements box. The date field is for your proposed start; write the return and extra shifts in the notes.
Enter your name, company, contact details, passenger count, pickup point, destination, and starting date. Add collection stops and an exact reporting time.
Tell us whether you need one-way, return, 5/6/7 days, monthly or yearly cover. State the A/C bus, passenger capacity, preferred year, driver/fuel package and any access restrictions.
We check available vehicle categories, legal route requirements and the operating timetable. The quotation sets out price, VAT, inclusions, exclusions, waiting, overtime, driver, fuel and backup terms.
Confirm the offer, company details, permitted pickup bays, agreed payment/contract documents and mobilisation date. The booking starts when we confirm acceptance and vehicle availability in writing.
You can contact our transport team by the form, phone, WhatsApp or email shown here. Please mention Staff Transport Dubai and include your shift times and pickup map pins, so we can discuss the right size of vehicle and package.
We use the contact details you submit to respond to your transport enquiry. Submitting the form is an enquiry, not an instant bus reservation. See our Privacy Policy for the website enquiry details.
Our team can review your itinerary and contact you about a suitable vehicle and written quotation.

Explore other transport services ↗These answers explain what we can quote, what our homepage currently displays and which conditions need your written agreement. We do not advertise a fixed fare for individual workers or promise a particular bus year, fuel package or one-hour replacement unless it has been confirmed for your route.
Prices depend on bus size, route length, operating days, shifts and driver/fuel terms. Our homepage shows Toyota Hiace AED 7,225, Nissan Urvan AED 6,000–9,200, Toyota Coaster AED 7,600–12,000, Mitsubishi Rosa AED 7,600–12,400, and a 60–67-seat Ashok Leyland AC staff bus at AED 8,925–9,775 monthly with driver and fuel as a planning guide. These are not interchangeable contract offers.
Our homepage lists Toyota Hiace AED 552.50–595 per day and Nissan Urvan AED 480–720 per day. Whether a driver, fuel, duty hours and tolls are included must be written into your quote. For ten-hour packages, check the specific vehicle listing rather than assuming all daily guides mean the same hours.
We prepare the weekly price for your five-, six- or seven-day operating pattern. For six identical days, the published Hiace daily range gives AED 3,315–3,570 and Coaster gives AED 3,360–5,760 by simple multiplication. These are budgeting examples, not approved weekly package rates or seven-day quotations.
Our current homepage displays Coaster AED 7,600–12,000, Rosa AED 7,600–12,400 and a 34-seat Rosa example at AED 8,500 for 26 days with driver and fuel. The larger 60–67-seat Ashok AC bus guide is AED 8,925–9,775 per month with driver and fuel. We recalculate the contract around your actual kilometres, shifts and working days.
Yes, we can prepare a twelve-month proposal when availability and route terms are confirmed. For budgeting only, twelve equal Coaster monthly guides total AED 91,200–144,000; twelve equal 60–67-seat Ashok monthly guides total AED 107,100–117,300. Neither figure is an approved annual package or a fixed rate for every job.
Toyota Hiace and Nissan Urvan appear on our homepage as 12–15-seat categories. Some listings count the driver, so we check how many licensed passenger seats remain for employees. Send your staff count and whether people carry larger work bags.
A Toyota Coaster can suit 22–30-seat requirements depending on the approved layout. Mitsubishi Rosa categories cover around 26–34 seats, and our 34-seat Rosa listing is 33 passengers plus the driver. We check both the available layout and legal seat count before proposing a vehicle.
Our homepage includes Ashok Leyland 60–67-seat staff bus categories. We can review a large staff team on one agreed fixed route, with air-conditioned options and a driver-and-fuel package guide shown separately. The exact number of employee seats must match the registration and actual bus body.
We offer with-driver transport and can structure the quoted duty period around your employee routes. Some published fleet examples explicitly include a driver, while other homepage rates do not specify inclusions. We state the driver cost, working hours and replacement-driver arrangements in your written proposal.
Yes, a driver-included, fuel-excluded proposal can be reviewed for a qualifying route. Your company would pay or provide fuel under the agreement. There is no verified universal fuel-excluded tariff on our homepage, so we calculate that price rather than inventing a discount.
Self-drive is not automatically permitted for commercial employee buses. We can discuss it only for a suitable vehicle with available cover and the required licensed driver, legal permissions and insurance. We do not claim that full-size staff buses are routinely available for self-drive or publish an unsupported self-drive tariff.
We can review early morning, evening, rotating and night-shift rosters. Provide each pickup and workplace reporting time. If two trips overlap, we may need another bus or revised times. Waiting, split-shift standby and overtime are defined in your contract.
We can plan agreed pickups in Al Qusais, Muhaisnah, Deira, Al Nahda, International City, Bur Dubai and other suitable areas, with drops at Business Bay, Al Quoz, JAFZA, Jebel Ali, DIP, Dubai South or your actual project. Final stops depend on safe boarding, access and permit rules.
We can review routes from Sharjah and Ajman to workplaces in Dubai. Permit requirements differ for buses operating between emirates; for example Dubai RTA operates a Naqel procedure for qualifying rented buses. The quote is subject to the necessary licence, permit, route and timing approval.
Tell us your preferred model year when requesting a quote. Official catalogues include 2026 Toyota Hiace and Coaster references, but they do not prove the production year of a bus allocated to your service. We can confirm vehicle details, available seat belts, inspection, ABS, EBD, brake assist or electronic stability equipment on the actual model and trim.
Air-conditioned categories are available; exact equipment differs. Toyota Coaster and Nissan Urvan published technical specifications show audio and cooling features on selected versions. USB charging at every seat, screens, Wi-Fi, leather or leatherette and reclining seats are not guaranteed on all staff vehicles and must be requested and confirmed.
Employees may bring bags only within the safe space and load of the chosen vehicle. Full staff seating leaves less space for suitcases. A high roof or rooftop A/C is not a legal luggage rack. We do not include rooftop baggage carriage unless approved equipment, load limits and height clearances are verified for that bus.
When your signed contract guarantees a one-hour backup arrangement for your covered location and service, we arrange the replacement within that agreed period and describe how the hour is measured. For a route without that service-level agreement we coordinate suitable replacement transport as quickly as practicable, without an unverified one-hour guarantee.
Not necessarily. UAE VAT is generally 5% on taxable supplies. Your written quotation states whether quoted prices exclude VAT, and whether driver, fuel, Salik, parking, gate passes, permits, waiting, overtime and extra trips are included or separately charged. The website guides should not be read as all-inclusive by default.
Use the form on this page or contact our team by the displayed phone, WhatsApp or email links. Share the company name, responsible contact, employee counts per shift, pickup map pins, workplace location, shift times, working days, proposed start, vehicle size and fuel choice. We prepare the written quote; service is confirmed after accepted terms, approvals and vehicle availability.
