Why exact capacity matters

Thirty employees with small backpacks can have very different space requirements from thirty airport arrivals with large suitcases. Different layouts within the same vehicle family may have different usable seats and luggage space.

We arrange enquiries for private whole-vehicle transport with a driver. Route, duty hours and agreed inclusions all affect the quotation.

Vehicle and driver

We confirm the actual model, seating, driver arrangement and requested features before service.

Fuel and route

Fuel coverage, permitted mileage, route boundaries and extra journeys should be included in the quote.

Salik, parking and permits

Road tolls, airport or venue parking, access permissions and relevant charges are specified for your route.

Waiting and overtime

Hire hours, waiting time, overtime, cancellation rules and backup arrangements are agreed where applicable.
