Corporate offices and business parks
Run scheduled staff pickups between accommodation, office clusters and named building entrances in Business Bay, DIFC, JLT, Internet City, Dubai Silicon Oasis and office locations in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.
Keep your employees moving between accommodation, offices, warehouses, hotels and job sites across the Emirates. Aseel Bus Rental plans dedicated staff vans, minibuses and full-size buses around your actual boarding points, reporting times, passenger numbers and working days. Whether your team travels from Sharjah to Dubai each morning, between Dubai locations, or to an Abu Dhabi project, we prepare a route-based service plan and clear monthly quotation.
Private whole-vehicle staff transport · Scheduled morning, evening and rotating shifts · Single-emirate and inter-emirate company routes · Professional drivers.

Our employee transportation service is built for employers, facilities teams, HR departments and project coordinators who need a private, agreed passenger vehicle—not public-route seats. We collect registered company groups from designated boarding points, take them to the workplace for a specified reporting time and operate the return journey under the agreed route. You can plan one company shuttle or a multi-vehicle programme serving several departments and locations.
For a team of 12 travelling from Al Nahda, Sharjah to an office in Dubai, start with an approved passenger Hiace/Urvan category; for 28 people travelling from Muhaisnah to DIP, compare a 30-seat Coaster; for a single group of 60 workers reporting at a large project, compare a legally registered 60–67-seat staff bus. Count individual employees by shift and route, not simply the total on the payroll. A trip that overlaps another route may require another bus.
Run scheduled staff pickups between accommodation, office clusters and named building entrances in Business Bay, DIFC, JLT, Internet City, Dubai Silicon Oasis and office locations in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.
Connect hotel staff accommodation to workplace entrances for early, late, split and weekend shifts. Specify the front-of-house and back-of-house reporting times separately.
Bring production, loading-bay and distribution teams to JAFZA, Jebel Ali, DIP, Dubai South, Hamriyah or other industrial zones, with site gate and security arrival buffers.
Coordinate cleaners, maintenance engineers, security teams and building-service staff between their accommodation, client sites and handover points, with different shifts where needed.
Schedule separate collection waves for teams reporting before shops open or for early/late staffing; plan a legally workable driver duty rather than assuming continuous 24-hour availability.
Move temporary project teams between Emirates for installation, fit-out, inventory work and site mobilisation under a defined start/end date and a named client coordinator.
We start with a practical transport schedule: every boarding stop, the first pickup time, the reporting deadline, the employer site entrance, the return pickup and the actual operating days. Multi-emirate assignments need an additional check: the bus, operating company and driver must be authorised for the required passenger-transport activity and route. Crossing an emirate boundary can change journey time, toll costs, driver duties and permit requirements.
Consider a Sharjah accommodation → JAFZA workplace route reporting by 07:00, then returning around 17:00: the quotation needs the precise accommodation gate, JAFZA entry point, 26 working days, 28 passengers, and planned time for access screening. Dubai RTA has a Naqel permit mechanism for certain licensed operators from other emirates carrying contracted employees into Dubai and returning the same day. Abu Dhabi passenger-bus operations may involve company, vehicle and driver permits through the Asateel platform. The required approvals depend on the actual licensed operator and itinerary.
Example: 05:45 staff collection → arrival before 07:00 → collection at 17:00. State one daily round trip, pickup location and contractual working days.
Example: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00 site shifts. We design outgoing and returning movements separately and identify where overlapping pickups require a second bus or driver.
Example: staff report at 06:00, 14:00 and 22:00. Quote all boarding/return waves, passenger counts, driver hours and reasonable rest; three shifts do not automatically equal one standard bus duty.
Collect an organised employee group from its designated residential pickup point and transfer to an approved workplace stop in Dubai. Include the legal operator, authority permissions and actual Salik/route exposure.
Plan Abu Dhabi office, industrial or project travel with precise shift duration, journey length, local passenger-transport permits, driver accommodation or relief where applicable, and the site gate.
For several hotels, warehouses or office entrances, record stop order, passengers at each stop and time windows. Two routes with simultaneous reporting cannot rely on the same bus unless the timetable proves it workable.
Choose a vehicle by its approved passenger seats and the route it can legally serve. The cards below show our current vehicle images, detailed passenger cabin and baggage descriptions, and published daily/monthly prices from the Aseel homepage database. Each vehicle heading links to its fleet-detail page. We also check total distance, luggage, bus access, air-conditioning, and where the assigned driver can safely finish the duty.

Fleet-card rates are our published vehicle budget guides, not an all-inclusive promise for a multi-emirate staff route. Before deployment we identify the allocated model and actual manufacture year, registration, approved seats, air-conditioning grade, braking/stability equipment, luggage/payload limits, driver, fuel and route authorisation in the booking documents.
We plan employer-booked movements between Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Al Ain, subject to the operating vehicle and relevant authority permissions. Every route starts with actual named stops and time windows. Below are examples for planning, not live bus timetables or promises of a journey time.
Example: office team collection at a designated Sharjah Al Nahda stop and workplace drop-off in Deira, Business Bay or DIFC. Specify office entrance, 08:00/09:00 reporting, 5/6-day working week and afternoon return.
Example: labour accommodation pickup in Ajman or Sharjah, factory or JAFZA/DIP site arrival before shift start and return after shift completion. Client supplies site gate, work roster and permitted parking bay.
Example: employee shuttle from Muhaisnah staff housing to Dubai South or Dubai Industrial City on a 06:00 reporting rota. We price route kilometres and security-pass requirements, rather than assuming a standard urban duty.
Example: local company shift movement into Abu Dhabi industrial areas. The quoted operator, passenger vehicle and driver must satisfy applicable Abu Dhabi commercial-passenger requirements, including Asateel where required.
Example: site crews travelling to an RAK factory or resort-construction assignment with one daily return or fixed project weeks. The long return distance and driver duty affect the bus count and price.
Example: small hotel staff groups on 06:30, 14:30 and 22:30 reporting times. Separate boarding waves and route turnaround prevent overcrowding and late arrivals.
Start with the daily and monthly rates published in our live fleet comparison table, then choose the schedule that fits your employees. We display the six-day cost example as daily rate × 6 and the annual budget as monthly rate × 12. Those are transparent calculations from our website fleet prices, not a guaranteed six-day discount or a fixed inter-emirate fare. For repeated employee routes, we prepare a dedicated **monthly transport quotation** based on every stop, timetable, total distance, permitted vehicle and who supplies fuel.

The figures above are our live vehicle-only planning guides from the Aseel homepage fleet catalogue. A six-day example equals published daily × 6; a 12-month planning figure equals published monthly × 12. A signed company contract may differ due to daily mileage, number of shifts, fuel, permits, Salik, overtime, parking, driver accommodation and route duration. “Custom quote” is retained when the homepage has no number.
One private group movement for a temporary job or transfer between business premises. We quote the actual route, driver, operating day and passenger count rather than impose a monthly contract.
One scheduled round trip on specified duty days, usually one agreed pre-shift collection and one post-shift return. More pickups, extra rotations and waiting are priced separately.
Agree the exact number of operating days, worker reporting times and fuel/Salik treatment. A six-day table calculation is a budget comparison; we quote the week on its real schedule.
Best for a stable employee route with named stops, one or several daily shifts, route kilometres and an assigned company coordinator. Written terms identify whether fuel is included.
For ongoing corporate and facilities teams, we set operational months, holiday coverage, planned driver leave, price review conditions, back-up arrangements and changes in headcount.
Connect accommodation in one emirate with a workplace in another, or move crews between projects. The quotation includes the necessary route access, legal driver duties and authority permits.
Your staff transport contract identifies the vehicle class, permitted passenger count, driver duties, agreed air-conditioning type and the operating authority responsible for the route. We match the journey to the actual bus, not simply a seat number in a website headline. Driver-only/fuel-excluded prices are quoted separately where offered; **self-drive is not our ordinary heavy passenger-bus arrangement**. For inter-emirate transport, permit checks precede any confirmed mobilisation.
We can scope a package with the professional driver and route fuel supplied, or a driver-operated service where your employer provides fuel. State daily kilometres, number of shifts, tolls, parking and overnight requirements in the written offer.
Where your signed agreement includes a one-hour backup arrangement, our operations team initiates the agreed substitute or dispatch process within that window after reporting a breakdown. Actual arrival time depends on distance, traffic and available authorised seating.
Each worker must have one authorised passenger seat. We count the driver separately where the vehicle specification does so, maintain clear emergency exits and do not quote standing capacity as seated passenger transport.
Choose A/C passenger Hiace, Staria, Coaster, Rosa or coach where listed for the allocated grade. Fabric padded seats are common in work buses; reclining seats, leather upholstery and luxury touring interiors apply only to the selected coach option.
Toyota UAE Coaster documents ABS with its passenger bus specification. Nissan Urvan Microbus references ABS, EBD, Brake Assist and Vehicle Dynamic Control in relevant grades. FUSO Rosa 2026-grade references may include ESP and Active Brake Assist. We specify the equipment on the actual assigned model and year.
Selected Hyundai Staria models list USB outlets at all seats and 8-inch multimedia; Toyota UAE Coaster lists 6.7-inch AM/FM/DAB/USB/Bluetooth with microphone and amplifier. Wi-Fi, screens, charging and PA systems are stated in the vehicle-specific booking rather than assumed for every labour bus.
For 50 employees with one 35 × 25 × 15 cm soft bag each at 3 kg, total packed bag volume is 656.25 L (0.656 m³) and combined bag weight is 150 kg. The figures describe baggage demand, not an approved load limit or a guarantee of cabin storage.
Thirty 70 × 45 × 28 cm checked suitcases at 20 kg each occupy 2,646 L (2.646 m³) and weigh 600 kg. That luggage needs suitable manufacturer-rated hold space and lawful payload; aisle or emergency-exit storage and unapproved roof loads are not permitted.
A manufacturer catalogue for a 2025/2026 Toyota, Nissan or FUSO describes the named reference grade, not the registration year of the bus sent to your staff. We identify the allocated unit’s actual manufacture year, approved seats and installed equipment before accepting the company allocation.
Dubai RTA regulates contracted passenger transport by rented buses. Some same-day out-of-emirate employee routes entering Dubai use the Naqel permit mechanism. Abu Dhabi’s Asateel system governs applicable commercial transport company, vehicle and driver permits. The actual operator obtains the necessary approvals.
We scope legally required vehicle permissions, insurance and qualified drivers. Your HR/site team supplies access contacts, authorised stops, staff roster and any site induction; duty limits and safe breaks are respected.
Your written offer states monthly invoice terms, fuel and toll treatment, agreed operating days, additional trips, holiday coverage and the terms for changing or ending the service. No specific deposit or refund entitlement is assumed without agreement.
An option for small office or technician groups. Actual passenger seat configuration, engine/grade and manufacture year are identified on the assigned vehicle. Pack 12 backpacks at 35 × 25 × 15 cm = 157.5 L, excluding spare space and driver baggage; do not treat this as verified built-in boot capacity.
Nissan UAE lists 13-seat Microbus variants, 2.5 L petrol engine in specified trims, 65 L fuel tank and roof/rear air outlets for passenger cooling. Relevant listed models include ABS, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, Brake Assist and Vehicle Dynamic Control. Actual equipment is checked on the assigned year/grade.
Hyundai UAE describes USB outlets at passenger seats and an 8-inch audio display in listed Staria grades. Passenger configuration, rear luggage volume and safety equipment change between nine- and eleven-seat versions; the allocated model is specified when booking.
Appropriate for medium teams where the approved passenger conversion provides the required seats and A/C. We check each unit’s actual registration, passenger belts, luggage compartment, roof clearance and year; conversion equipment is not universal across Sprinter models.
Toyota UAE documents a 23-seat Coaster with a 4.0 L engine, ABS and electronic audio unit with USB/Bluetooth and microphone. Other registered Coaster/Coaster-class configurations can differ in approved passenger count; we match the company roster to the exact vehicle.
FUSO Rosa long-body regional references include passenger cabin dimensions around 6,970 × 1,845 × 1,860 mm. Grade-specific seats, cabin cooling and driver assists vary; newer FUSO references discuss ESP/active braking. Select the actual 32–34-passenger registration rather than counting driver or fold-down seating indiscriminately.
Our coach-class fleet category suits larger staff or project groups. A King Long XMQ6112 AY UAE reference has 47 passenger seats plus driver/attendant, reclining high-back seats, USB at each seat and a luggage compartment. That reference does not guarantee a 47-seat coach for every route.
Yutong ZK6122H9 reference lists 53 passenger seats, roof A/C and 12.5 m³ luggage hold on the published specification. Real-world baggage approval also depends on legal mass and dimensions. We confirm the assigned unit’s year and booking route.
Falcon 12 m chassis reference provides a 5.7 L diesel engine, 180 hp and 660 Nm. Staff variants may have dense commuter seating and different AC options; we confirm number of registered passenger seats, cabin ventilation, applicable brake features and manufacturer year on the actual bus.
An actual 84-passenger Falcon has appeared in UAE vehicle listings, but that does not confirm current Aseel availability. For any large shift we check approved capacity, model year, bus entry restrictions and insurance before making an 84-seat commitment.
Send your company and route requirements in one enquiry: who is travelling, exactly where employees board, which site they report to and at what time. We review vehicle seating and permissions, prepare your duty schedule and return a written staff-transport quotation. You can start through our on-page form, WhatsApp, telephone or email.
Company name and contact; staff count by shift; Emirates and full addresses of all collection points; building or gate number at workplace; first pickup and mandatory report time; end-of-shift return; working days per month; one-way, return or multi-shift duty; expected luggage; whether fuel, Salik and parking are client-supplied; start date, contract months and any access-pass requirements.
List passengers for each pickup route, authorised boarding point and work location. If the workforce changes by day, include your busiest weekday.
Provide both pickup and return times, number of operating days, site gates, entry-pass requirements, luggage and the deadline by which employees must arrive.
We identify suitable registered passenger seating, with-driver fuel-included or fuel-excluded operation, any overlapping bus requirement and route permissions.
Confirm fees, payment, Salik and parking responsibility, driver duty, permitted transport scope, backup terms and planned start date. The on-page enquiry displays a tracking reference after successful submission.
Contact Aseel Bus Rental through the enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email listed on our website. We can discuss multi-emirate staff movement, shift changes and recurring bus contracts.
Your enquiry is stored in our database to prepare your requested transport quotation. The page confirms submission with a reference; a submitted form by itself does not book a bus or approve a route permit.
Our team can review your itinerary and contact you about a suitable vehicle and written quotation.

Explore other transport services ↗Clear answers for HR teams, project coordinators and UAE office managers. Vehicle prices are drawn from the current Aseel homepage; operating terms and multi-emirate permissions are confirmed in your written staff transport offer.
Start with our published vehicle rates: Toyota Hiace AED 7,225 per month, Coaster AED 7,600–12,000 per month and Mitsubishi Rosa AED 7,600–12,400 per month. A multi-emirate employee contract is quoted against actual shift days, daily km, fuel, permits and stops, so it may cost more than a simple within-city route.
Our Toyota Hiace monthly vehicle guide is AED 7,225 and Nissan Urvan is AED 6,000–9,200. We will price your actual accommodation-to-work route with number of operating days, morning/return times, distance, driver and fuel.
The Aseel Coaster monthly guide is AED 7,600–12,000. This is a fleet starting budget, not a guaranteed cross-emirate staff contract. Send the boarding points, total passengers, shift timings, one- or two-way operation, mileage and fuel arrangement.
A suitable 34-passenger Rosa can be evaluated where its registered seats cover your roster. Our Rosa monthly vehicle guide is AED 7,600–12,400. A 30-passenger Coaster cannot legally take 34 seated passengers; we allocate one suitably registered vehicle or two smaller ones.
For around 60 workers, compare our Ashok Leyland staff-bus class and its live monthly price: AED 8,925–9,775 (AC with driver + fuel guide). A “Custom quote” entry means there is no published fixed price and we calculate the actual route, legal passenger count and operating terms.
Our Aseel homepage guide lists Toyota Hiace at AED 552.50–595 and Nissan Urvan at AED 480–720 per day. A staff shift can include extra empty running, stops and waiting; the final daily quotation confirms fuel, mileage, Salik and duty duration.
Multiply the vehicle daily guide by six for a transparent planning amount: Hiace AED 552.50–595 × 6; Coaster AED 560–960 × 6. Your actual six-day route contract depends on the complete schedule and may differ from that calculation.
Take twelve times the vehicle’s homepage monthly guide. For example, use Coaster AED 7,600–12,000 × 12 and Rosa AED 7,600–12,400 × 12. A twelve-month operating contract separately defines shifts, mileage, holidays, fuel and any agreed price adjustment.
We can scope a private contracted company bus from Sharjah accommodation to a Dubai workplace and back. Give the pickup gate, employee count, Dubai destination, duty days and reporting time. The actual operator and vehicle must have the relevant permits for this cross-emirate service.
Dubai RTA provides the Naqel permit route for certain qualifying companies licensed in other emirates that bring contracted employees to Dubai and back on the same day. Eligibility, documents, route points and a valid issued permit apply; approval alone is not the issued permit.
Yes, a route quotation can be prepared between Dubai accommodation or offices and an Abu Dhabi worksite, subject to availability and applicable operating authorisations. Share the full addresses, reporting deadline, shift duration, bus seating, permits and any driver accommodation requirement.
Abu Dhabi Mobility operates the Asateel platform for commercial transport. Depending on the activity, the operator requires company-operation, vehicle and driver permissions, and tracking equipment. We check the relevant authorised operator before confirming an Abu Dhabi staff-bus duty.
We can build an Ajman-to-Jebel Ali contract around your exact accommodation entrance, Jebel Ali or JAFZA gate, passenger roster and workdays. The longer journey and possible tolls or site access mean the written monthly quote is route-specific.
Tell us every reporting and finishing time and how many employees travel in each wave. We calculate outbound and return journeys, legal driver hours and bus turnaround. Overlapping departures may require two buses rather than one.
Yes, if the named locations, distance, stops and required reporting times produce a workable schedule. If two departments must arrive at distant sites simultaneously, we quote separate vehicles.
This UAE service covers business-managed staff routes across the Emirates and the extra coordination of inter-emirate permissions and working days. The Dubai service concentrates on employee movements within Dubai. Both are private, whole-vehicle employer bookings.
Yes, plan the two routes separately. A suitable 13-seat passenger van may fit a 12-person team, while a registered coach can be evaluated for 50 people. We do not count drivers as passenger seats or put standing passengers into a seated-bus booking.
Our usual staff bus package includes an appropriately licensed driver. We can quote the agreed route with driver plus fuel, or driver with fuel excluded where your company supplies it. Exact Salik, parking, additional km and waiting treatment is written in the quotation.
Our normal commercial staff-bus transport comes with a properly licensed driver. A fuel-excluded package is not a self-drive package; larger passenger buses require the relevant operator, driver and vehicle permissions.
We can scope 22, 26 or 30 days or another agreed schedule; for example, five or six operating days per week. Specify weekly rest day, public holidays and whether an additional seventh-day movement is needed.
Fifty soft bags measuring 35 × 25 × 15 cm need 656.25 L and weigh 150 kg if each weighs 3 kg. These are required packing totals; the actual installed baggage compartments, approved payload and clear cabin aisles decide whether those bags can travel safely on the allocated bus.
Thirty suitcases measuring 70 × 45 × 28 cm require 2,646 L (2.646 m³) and weigh 600 kg at 20 kg each. For such luggage we select an appropriate bus with rated hold and legal payload, rather than stacking bags on seats, in aisles or at exits.
We provide an A/C option when specified in the booking. Toyota Coaster, relevant Mitsubishi Rosa, Staria and passenger van grades have manufacturer air-conditioning equipment; the actual allocated bus is identified in the accepted quotation.
Toyota UAE lists USB/Bluetooth audio and microphone equipment on its Coaster reference, while relevant Staria grades have USB outlets at passenger seats. Screens, Wi-Fi and leather interiors are vehicle/grade-specific; we state which requested features the assigned bus includes.
Toyota Coaster specifications document ABS; relevant Nissan Urvan grades list ABS, EBD, Brake Assist and Vehicle Dynamic Control. Newer Rosa variants list additional active safety systems. The precise features depend on the make, grade and model year selected for your contracted route.
Our fleet guide includes multiple makes and model-year references, not a promise that every vehicle is new. We identify the actual bus manufacture year, approved seats, registration and installed equipment when confirming a specific vehicle for your contract.
Notify the operations contact in your agreement. Where a one-hour replacement-arrangement commitment is written into the contract, we initiate the agreed substitute or dispatch process within one hour. The alternative bus arrival depends on legal capacity, distance, traffic and site access.
We itemise fuel, Salik, parking, permit-related charges and VAT treatment in the final quotation or invoice. UAE tax rules can exempt qualifying local passenger transport, so the applicable tax treatment is assessed for the actual service rather than assuming every staff bus trip has a 5% VAT charge.
We can plan an employer route to the authorised JAFZA entry or pickup point. Your company should provide the exact gate, sponsoring entity, staff pass requirements and authorised bus parking. Staff access credentials do not automatically grant the bus itself entry.
Yes. Supply the project start and finish dates, working-day calendar, employees per shift, accommodation and worksite gates, driver/fuel terms and whether the route is cross-emirate. The agreed minimum period and early cancellation conditions are in the written offer.
Send the changed roster and precise new stop with enough notice. We check seating, route length, driver hours, permits, tolls and the financial effect before accepting the revised service schedule.
No. This page is for a complete private company bus or passenger van under an employer booking or group transport contract. It is not public route ticketing or individually sold car-lift seats.
We need your company name and contact, exact stops and gates, passenger count per shift, pickup and reporting times, operating days, route between Emirates, luggage, fuel/toll arrangement, planned starting date and contract duration.
Complete the quotation form on this page and submit your company, route, passengers and timetable. A successful submission returns an enquiry reference without leaving the service page. You can also contact our team using the website WhatsApp, phone and email links.
Mobilisation depends on available registered passenger vehicles, driver schedule, required route and free-zone permits, and your confirmed itinerary. For example, Dubai RTA lists a two-working-day service time for Naqel applications, but that is not a guarantee of bus mobilisation or permit approval.
Yes, but different site arrival times and overlapping departures may require separate buses and drivers. Provide both complete rosters and locations so we can build a compliant plan rather than promise one vehicle for simultaneous trips.
The signed transport quotation sets payment frequency or advance requirement, contract duration, holiday service, extra mileage, route changes, cancellation notice and applicable charges. No deposit or refund rule is assumed unless it is specified there.
