Our standard service is a private minibus with a licensed professional driver. We arrange bus maintenance and operational support for a contracted route. For a vehicle-only arrangement, the hirer must qualify as an appropriately licensed commercial bus operator: this is not a normal consumer self-drive car booking. Each assigned Civilian is checked for registered seating, valid insurance, working A/C, belt condition and the required passenger-transport permits.
Braking performance
Nissan publishes ventilated disc brakes at the front and self-adjusting dual-leading drum brakes at the rear for the Civilian. ABS appears as an option in the regional brochure, not as standard equipment on every bus.
Electronic stability control
The official 2016 Middle East brochure does not document ESC/VSC as standard. We only include electronic stability control in an individual quote if the exact unit’s build documentation confirms it.
A/C in UAE summer
Standard manufacturer A/C is documented for DX, SX and GL; the brochure describes adjustable ceiling-mounted air vents. The assigned bus is inspected for effective cabin cooling before a confirmed service.
Seats: cloth, vinyl or leather
GL has cloth high-back reclining passenger seats; SX high-back cloth; DX vinyl/tricot low-back seats. Leather, armrests and seat recline on other trims are not automatic and are confirmed before allocation.
Audio, microphone, USB and TV
GL/DX brochure equipment includes AM/FM sound; SX lists a microphone, DX optional. USB chargers, Bluetooth, TV and Wi-Fi are not proven factory standard in this specification; when available, the quotation lists them by name.
Bags, roof and weight
The rear illuminated luggage compartment is intended for secured bags, but Nissan gives no universal count or kg allowance for a fully occupied passenger layout. No luggage is placed in an aisle, emergency exit or on an unapproved roof rack.
Fuel included or excluded
One-day and six-day package rates may include driver and local fuel; monthly contracts can be quoted both with fuel and client-supplied fuel. Petrol/diesel type, kilometres, refuelling and any site fuel-card arrangements are agreed in writing.
Salik toll rates
Dubai Salik weekday peak hours can cost AED 6 per crossing, off-peak AED 4, and the normal 01:00–06:00 period is free. Two peak crossings cost AED 12; six cost AED 36. Toll inclusion depends on your chosen rental package.
DXB airport parking
Dubai Airports publishes Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 premium parking at AED 30 for 30 minutes and AED 40 for up to two hours. A bus may need an authorised coach/bus parking or loading arrangement; ordinary car-park tariffs are not guaranteed to apply to the assigned bus.
Driver licences and company papers
For our chauffeured transport, we assign the qualified driver and verify the appropriate vehicle/driver approvals. For contracted company transport we request your invoicing details and, where needed, company trade licence, authorised contact, route schedule and LPO.
Without-driver and insurance terms
A vehicle-only contract is evaluated for eligible licensed businesses, designated appropriately licensed drivers, commercial registration, required permits, insurance coverage and any security deposit; no fixed deposit can be promised before the written lease.
One-hour breakdown replacement
For an approved Aseel operated Dubai service within our covered zone, our operations team arranges a suitable replacement bus within one hour of a confirmed breakdown report as a service target in the written agreement. Travel, restricted gates or unusual traffic can affect physical arrival.
Extra kilometres and overtime
For a comparable 26-place monthly minibus service, an additional-distance market rate of AED 3.50 per km over a 5,000-km period appears in the published schedule. This is not a universal Aseel penalty; the final contract states the agreed kilometres, overtime and additional-trip tariffs.
Legal transport activity distinction
Dubai RTA separates passenger transport by rented buses from bus-rental (vehicle-only) licensing activities. We confirm the correct operator, permit, vehicle registration, driver licence and route approvals before accepting a commercial service.
