Airport Group TransferPlanning Guide

To arrange an airport transfer for your group in the UAE, first confirm the airport and terminal, flight number, arrival or departure date, passenger count and suitcase sizes. Then select a bus with enough approved passenger seats and safe luggage space, agree on the exact meeting point and pickup time, and request a written whole-vehicle quote that explains driver, fuel, tolls, airport parking and waiting charges. We can help you compare vans, minibuses and coaches for one-way, return and multi-day plans before you confirm a vehicle.

Private whole-vehicle transport for companies and organised groups, not individual passenger tickets. Exact airport access, fleet availability and charges require confirmation.

22VEHICLE TYPES TO COMPARE
THE DIRECT ANSWER Start with the flight, headcount and bags — not just the bus price.

A smooth airport pickup depends on matching the real group size, luggage, terminal meeting location and flight changes to an approved vehicle and written operating terms.

  • Share flight number, airport code (DXB, DWC, AUH or SHJ), terminal, flight date and a reachable group contact.
  • Count passengers excluding the driver; list checked bags, carry-ons, wheelchairs and child-seat needs.
  • Ask for a written pickup plan, driver contact, permitted loading location, flight-delay allowance and waiting policy.
  • Compare the Aseel homepage daily/monthly planning figures; weekly and yearly tariffs need individual quotations.
  • Confirm actual model year, seating, storage, A/C, safety features, fuel, Salik, parking and backup arrangements before payment.
01 / START WITH THE FLIGHT

Airport Group Transfer Planning Guide: Practical Answer and Buyer Context

We arrange complete vehicles for coordinated company, hotel, travel-agency and private group journeys. The first decision is where, when and how many people and bags must travel together — not which bus has the lowest number on a price list.

A confirmed airport transfer plan states the exact airport (Dubai International DXB, Dubai World Central DWC, Abu Dhabi AUH, Sharjah SHJ or another agreed airport), arrival or departure terminal, airline, flight number, local date/time, passenger list contact, pickup point, final destination and any extra stops. For incoming travellers, time to collect baggage and clear arrivals can vary; agree when the waiting clock begins and how flight delays are handled.

At DXB, confirm the terminal using the airline’s current airport information rather than assuming every flight lands at Terminal 3. Dubai Airports publishes terminal-specific car-parking locations and rates. For AUH, the airport says arrivals pickup uses the Short Stay Car Park opposite the terminal, while departure drop-off is at Departures with a published first-10-minute provision; the permitted point for a commercial bus must still be cleared with the airport and operator. At SHJ, the airport lists designated premium arrival parking and meeting facilities.

Tell us whether your group needs a single airport-to-hotel transfer, a return to the airport, several stops, daily shuttles for a conference, an inter-emirate trip or an onward private tour. A private charter is different from a public airport shuttle: your quotation covers the agreed complete vehicle and journey, not individually sold passenger seats.

If guests arrive on different flights or terminals, choose a flight-by-flight pickup plan and name one person to coordinate passenger counts. The driver cannot be assumed to wait at a restricted curb or park a large coach in a normal car bay; we confirm a lawful meeting and boarding point and send instructions once the allocation is arranged.

What to verify with the operator

Request the exact licensed passenger capacity, bus registration and model year, luggage storage and allowed payload, approved terminal pickup point, driver contact, parking policy, flight-delay process and emergency support. If a school group, child passenger or wheelchair user travels, ask for suitable licensed equipment and trained personnel before confirming.

Check the airport and terminal

Write DXB T1/T2/T3, DWC, AUH or SHJ as appropriate, together with your flight reference and the correct local date. Confirm terminals with the airport/airline.

Nominate a group coordinator

A reachable WhatsApp contact can tell the dispatcher when the group clears immigration, how many are ready and whether baggage is delayed.

Set a realistic collection window

Specify flight landing, expected ready-to-board time and the agreed waiting allowance rather than expecting the bus to use the arrivals curb as a waiting area.

Confirm operating permissions

Ask which vehicle and driver permits, airport access arrangements and insurance apply to the quoted route and whether another emirate is involved.

02 / COMPARE THE FLEET

Choose the Right Bus and Capacity

Compare the 22 vehicle options in the Aseel homepage catalogue below. We use the current website fleet records for model names, seat labels, images, daily/monthly price guides, comfort and luggage details; the actual allocated vehicle can differ.

For small groups, compare Kia Carnival (7–8 total seats), Hyundai Staria (7–11 seats), Mercedes-Benz V-Class (up to 8 total seats), Toyota Hiace and Nissan Urvan passenger layouts (12–15-seat categories). For medium groups, compare Mercedes-Benz Sprinter conversions (16–20), Toyota Coaster variants (22–30) and Mitsubishi Rosa or Nissan Civilian layouts (roughly 26–34 by registered unit). For bigger flight groups, compare King Long, Yutong, Higer or other suitably approved full-size coaches with luggage holds; high-density staff buses may not be suitable for dozens of checked suitcases.

The driver may count within a manufacturer’s advertised total-seat figure. As an example, our homepage describes a 22-passenger Coaster as 22 passengers plus driver in an approved 23-place layout. Toyota UAE publishes a 2026 Coaster 23-seat reference with a 6.7-inch USB/Bluetooth audio display, microphone and curtains; that manufacturer model-year reference does NOT establish that an Aseel allocated vehicle is a 2026 build. We confirm real fleet stock, registration, model year and approved capacity before booking.

Baggage needs a separate capacity check. One 70 × 45 × 28 cm suitcase occupies about 88 litres before allowance for gaps and stacking; 20 such cases need roughly 1.76 m³ of geometric space and at 20 kg each weigh 400 kg. A 22-person bus may legally seat everyone yet have too little safe space for 22 cases. For vans with every seat in use, large suitcase space can be especially limited. No case count is promised unless the actual storage bay and permitted mass are checked.

Ask about seating layout (2+2 or wider coach rows), seat belts, fabric/vinyl/leather-style trim, recline, legroom, air conditioning, roof/overhead shelves, luggage hold, USB charging, microphone, display, Wi-Fi, ABS braking, brake assist and electronic stability/ESP. These vary by trim, coach-body conversion and model year. A premium image does not prove Wi-Fi, USB at every seat, leather upholstery, reclining seats, passenger belts or stability systems on a particular unit. Roof luggage may be loaded ONLY using approved rated fixtures and any necessary operating permission; nothing may block aisles or emergency exits.

For wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility, specify the mobility aid size, lifting/ramp requirements and passenger restraints before we select the vehicle. For infant and child passengers, agree an appropriate child-restraint and seating plan; never assume all buses are built for every child seat. School and educational transport requires appropriate authorisation and safeguarding procedures.

When the answer changes by vehicle or route

Two vehicles described as 22-seater or 50-seater can have different passenger counts, luggage holds, belts, climate systems and airport access. Confirm the named unit, passenger-only licensed seats, baggage weight/volume and site entrance restrictions.

Airport transfers with light luggage

A licensed people carrier or passenger van can work when the passengers, carry-ons and measured luggage all fit safely.

Large groups with checked bags

Prioritise a coach with an approved, suitable luggage bay over using nominal passenger-seat numbers alone.

Fleet type vs actual stock

Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi Fuso, Mercedes-Benz, Kia, Hyundai, Yutong, King Long, Higer and Ashok Leyland are catalogue categories; individual models and years are confirmed for the quotation.

The right onboard equipment

Ask for photos or a specification sheet of the actual offered bus if rear A/C, USB, screen, reclining seats, seat belts or driver assistance is essential.

The vehicle cards are linked to existing fleet pages. Their daily and monthly budgets are loaded directly from the home page, and other periods require a tailored quote.

03 / UNDERSTAND THE QUOTE

Key Cost, Route or Contract Considerations

For airport group transport, the complete quotation matters more than a headline daily rate. Compare one-way, return, half-day, full-day, weekly, monthly and yearly terms with exactly the same vehicle, route, driver and fuel assumptions.

The Aseel homepage currently lists illustrative daily and monthly budgets such as Toyota Hiace AED 552.50–595 per day and AED 7,225 per month; Toyota Coaster AED 560–960 per day and AED 7,600–12,000 per month; Mitsubishi Rosa AED 600–1,040 per day and AED 7,600–12,400 per month; and Yutong luxury coach AED 1,104.15–1,699.15 per 10-hour duty and AED 14,450–16,150 per fixed monthly route with driver and fuel. These are exactly labelled homepage planning figures, not live vehicle offers or a guaranteed airport fare. Some categories show other driver/fuel bases and cannot be compared directly.

Weekly and annual airport-transfer contract tariffs are not given on the Aseel homepage. As a separate external example only, Royal Dream currently displays AED 3,050–3,600 per week for selected van-only rentals without its driver; it is another company’s website guide, not an Aseel rate and not comparable to a driver-included airport bus. No fixed Aseel weekly, yearly, 5-hour airport, 10-hour route-specific or self-drive fare can be verified from the supplied data. For these, request a written quote instead of applying guessed multiplication.

Airport-side charges can be material. Dubai Airports lists Terminal 3 general car parking at AED 15 for 15 minutes and AED 40 up to 2 hours on its published tariff; Sharjah Airport lists AED 16 for one hour of short-term parking. These figures describe airport car parks, NOT permission for a bus to enter those areas and NOT a coach-parking quotation. Ask the operator to confirm the applicable commercial-bus holding bay, permissions, actual parking fee and any meet-and-greet charge for your flight.

Before accepting a quote, check price inclusions/exclusions: driver or multiple drivers, fuel, specified mileage and time window, Salik/tolls, airport access and parking, flight monitoring, arrival waiting, overtime per hour, extra stop or extra run, empty positioning, late-night duty, off-airport passenger assembly, a separate luggage vehicle, passenger permits, cross-emirate conditions and applicable taxes. UAE standard VAT is 5%, but some passenger transport services can be exempt; ask how the specific supply is classified and whether the written total includes tax.

A 5-hour hire and a 10-hour hire appear as duration choices in the existing website form, not universal price plans. For overnight tours, discuss safe driver duty/rest, possible driver accommodation, hotel/food for travellers, tourist guide charges, attraction tickets, weather alternatives and the number of days. Without-driver rental, where legally and contractually eligible, has separate driver-licence, insurance, mileage, fuel-return and vehicle-return rules.

Information needed for a quote

Send airport/terminal and flight, arrival or departure time, pickup ready time, hotel or venue address, every stop, group size, checked cases by dimension/weight, bags per person, desired vehicle, driver/fuel arrangement, number of days and any accessibility or child requirements.

Daily and route-based

Give pickup and drop-off, local flight time, duty hours, passenger and bag counts. Clarify one-way vs return and included waiting.

Weekly and annual

Ask for a genuine written 7-day or 12-month commercial offer, not daily or monthly guides multiplied as if terms are unchanged.

With driver / with fuel

Specify exactly whether both are included and whether excess hours, distance and parking are separate.

With driver / without fuel

Ask who purchases fuel, route kilometre cap, top-ups and what counts as extra mileage; record the terms before payment.

Without driver (eligible vans only)

Do not assume Aseel supplies self-drive buses. Check operator licensing, driver category, insurer approval and contract before discussing any vehicle-only price.

Parking, Salik and waiting

Request separate lines for flight delay, pre-agreed free waiting minutes, airport bay use, paid parking, tolls and overtime.

Quote conditions

Confirm validity date, deposit/payment method, cancellation window, refund/reschedule policy, VAT treatment, extreme weather changes and responsibilities for missed flights.

Daily/monthly labels and inclusion bases vary: some are 10-hour, some 26-day, some driver-and-fuel and some fuel-excluded. The published homepage itself calls these illustrative budget targets, not confirmed rates or verified current market prices. An airport pickup may add parking, flight waiting, Salik, excess time, extra stops, VAT where applicable and baggage-vehicle costs. Request a written vehicle- and route-specific offer for every period.

Whole vehicle with driver + fuel

Ask for a price that expressly includes an approved driver and fuel for the specified route, number of trips and hours; confirm Salik, terminal parking and waiting separately.

Whole vehicle with driver, fuel excluded

May be quoted for a fixed route or longer contract where a fuel cap or actual-use policy is agreed. State mileage, fuel method, return trips and who pays fuel.

Without driver — only where permitted

Not a default Aseel airport service. Vehicle-only hire requires the relevant operator licence, correct registered vehicle class, an eligible named driver and insurer approval; do not assume a standard car licence is enough.

One-way, return, half-day and full-day

Ask for airport-to-hotel one-way or return quotes, or 5-hour/10-hour hire where sightseeing or several stops are added. Rates are itinerary-specific; half-day prices are not published on Aseel’s homepage.

Weekly, monthly and yearly

The Aseel homepage shows selected monthly planning guides, but no verified weekly or annual tariffs. Compare written 7-day, 26-working-day, multi-month and 12-month terms instead of extrapolating.

Backup and breakdown response

Ask for roadside contact, breakdown recovery, passenger care and the replacement vehicle plan. A one-hour replacement is a contractual target ONLY if the operator explicitly accepts it for that route; it is not an unconditional Aseel guarantee.

04 / BUILD YOUR ROUTE

Checklist and Comparison Examples

Use this route-and-baggage checklist when asking us for a proposal. The examples are planning scenarios, not fixed journey lengths, guaranteed pickup bays or binding prices.

For DXB arrivals, collect the terminal and flight, assign a lead passenger to contact the driver on reaching the designated pickup meeting area and verify the actual coach boarding zone. From DXB, popular group destinations may include Deira, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Expo City Dubai or hotels elsewhere in the UAE. For DWC, consider destinations such as Dubai South, Expo City or Jebel Ali. The correct route and its live road distance and driving time depend on the exact addresses and traffic; they cannot be stated for a generic “airport group transfer” search.

For AUH, typical requested destinations can include Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi Corniche and onward Dubai. AUH’s official arrivals guidance directs pickups to the Short Stay Car Park, but a booked bus may need a separately allocated commercial pickup area; confirm vehicle access and bay instructions directly. SHJ groups may travel to Sharjah hotels and industrial areas or onward to Dubai, Ajman and other emirates. Confirm route, border/permit conditions and pickup restrictions before agreeing to intercity prices.

For an airport-to-hotel transfer, the usual journey is meet, collect, board, drive and unload; there are no sightseeing attraction tickets. If you add sightseeing after arrival, make it a separate itinerary with named stops and agreed parking. Example optional Dubai stops include an exterior Downtown photo stop or a separately ticketed attraction; an Abu Dhabi extension may involve Yas Island or city landmarks. You choose the order, rest breaks and time at each stop. Opening hours, ticket fees, prayer/event restrictions, bus entry, guide fees and advance bookings are confirmed from each attraction before travel.

Select one-way, return, two pickup waves, half-day/5-hour hire, full-day/10-hour hire, multi-day transfers or a contracted shuttle timetable as needed. Peak traffic, summer heat, holiday events and flight disruption can alter comfort and travel time. For midday summer transfers allow sensible water/rest/air-conditioning arrangements; in adverse weather agree how itinerary changes and refunds are handled. A fixed distance, drive duration, route map or total tour length needs your real start, destination, stops and dates before it can be quoted.

Arrival / departure checklist

Flight number, local date, airport and terminal, exact meeting spot, group leader contact, ready-to-board time and luggage count.

Suggested half-day add-on

Airport collection → hotel bag drop → one approved city stop → final drop-off, only if the quote covers a 5-hour duty and allowed access.

Suggested full-day add-on

Airport collection → hotel / conference venue → preselected approved sights and meal stop → final hotel, quoted as a 10-hour duty with waiting and overtime terms.

Suggested multi-day programme

Arrivals day → conference or hotel shuttle days → separately booked day tour → scheduled return-to-airport transfers; permit and daily duty terms per date.

Accessibility and safety

Record mobility aids, child seating, driver qualifications, current vehicle fitness, seat-belt positions, luggage loading plan and emergency point of contact.

Stops and attraction access

Get entry costs and opening hours from the actual venue; obtain any tour guide tickets, restricted-site permissions and bus parking approvals before finalising.

05 / PREVENT DELAYS

Common Buyer Errors to Avoid

Most avoidable airport transfer problems are small details that become expensive after the plane lands. We recommend agreeing the details before dispatch rather than assuming they are included.

Do not confuse airport landing time with the moment 20–50 travellers are ready to board. A delayed inbound flight, immigration queue or slow baggage belt can move collection later. Put a clear arrival waiting allowance, driver call procedure and any paid waiting charge in the quote. Do not send one bus to several terminals without confirming whether terminal changes and empty repositioning are possible.

Do not choose a van just because its advertised seat count equals the traveller count. A 14-passenger van may have almost no space for 14 checked bags; a 22-passenger minibus may require a bigger luggage-hold vehicle. Never place cases in the aisle or by an emergency exit, or use a roof rack unless it is rated and permitted. Ask for a baggage plan in writing.

Do not assume that every coach has Wi-Fi, leather seats, rear USB ports, seatback entertainment, reclining seats, electronic stability control or a particular braking system. Confirm the allocated model, manufacturer year and specification. Do not confuse 23 total seats with 23 passenger seats. Treat manufacturer brochures as references, not a promise of the Aseel unit.

Do not assume unrestricted entry for coaches at all airport curbs, hotels, private attractions or residential communities. Some pickups and tour stops need a designated loading bay, permit or alternative nearby meeting place. Check the accessibility route from arrivals to boarding, coach height/weight restrictions and the safest baggage unloading area.

Do not rely on a verbal one-hour replacement promise after a breakdown. Ask the operator to commit any target in writing, subject to available approved vehicles, location, airport access and safety. During an interruption, the first steps are to secure passengers, call emergency services if needed, contact dispatch and agree safe alternative transport.

Seat capacity mistake

Licensed passenger seats are not always the same as the model’s advertised total seat count.

Terminal mistake

DXB has separate terminals and DWC is another airport; confirm the real flight arrival location.

Price mistake

A daily guide or another operator’s weekly price is not an airport transfer quote with driver, fuel, fees and taxes included.

Breakdown mistake

Agree the replacement plan, passenger communication, escalation and one-hour target only if contractually accepted.

Credentials mistake

Driver qualifications, vehicle operating licences, route permits, insurance and inspection status should be checked for the actual booking.

Service-scope mistake

Meal costs, lodging, attraction tickets, guides and extra sightseeing stops should not be presumed included in a pure airport transfer.

06 / CONFIRM THE BOOKING

When to Request a Firm Bus Rental Quote

Ask for a firm written quote as soon as the flight list, approximate bags and destination are known — and update it if the group size, terminals or itinerary changes.

Start with our existing website form below or use the quote page, business email, WhatsApp or phone contact shown on the site. Enter your name, company, phone or WhatsApp, optional email, date, pickup airport and terminal, destination, passenger count, desired vehicle and luggage. Add flight number, arrival time, number of vehicles, return schedule, planned stops and special needs in the notes. The form is an enquiry; submission does not itself confirm a bus reservation.

We can help you compare a driver-and-fuel-inclusive trip against a driver-with-fuel-excluded quotation, if offered for your route. Without-driver arrangements are only relevant where a properly licensed operator, vehicle class, insurer and named driver meet the applicable rules. For an event or multi-day journey, request each day’s contracted duty, number of trips, service window and any standby/overnight arrangements.

Check the exact vehicle class, make, model and verified model year offered (not just a marketing photo), passenger layout excluding the driver, airbags/belts as fitted, ABS and ESP/stability equipment where specified, suitable luggage hold, rooftop restrictions, A/C, USB/entertainment/Wi-Fi and accessible boarding requirements. Ask how the operator maintains and inspects the vehicle, verifies the professional driver, insures passengers and handles a roadside failure.

A complete written offer should identify airport access and pickup instructions; the number of included hours and kilometres; fuel; tolls; terminal parking; waiting and flight-delay allowance; overtime; additional stops; route changes; VAT treatment; payment methods and any deposit; quote expiry; cancellation and refund rights; rescheduling; weather-related disruption; and the emergency/backup vehicle procedure. An accepted one-hour backup response target should be written explicitly and limited to the circumstances it covers.

Once you accept the offer, ask for written confirmation of dates, vehicle allocation status, dispatcher contact, meeting point, driver contact procedure and balance payment rules. If a licence, permit, access route or actual fleet stock cannot be confirmed, it is better to adjust the plan before collecting money than to promise a service that is not available.

1 — Send itinerary

Airport code, terminal, flight, passenger contact, destination and return or multiple-stop plan.

2 — Choose transport

Passenger count excluding driver, real luggage, vehicle model and required safety/comfort features.

3 — Compare written prices

Make like-for-like comparisons across driver, fuel, 5-/10-hour duty, tolls, parking, delays, overtime, taxes and cancellation.

4 — Confirm and coordinate

Review quote validity, deposit, operating permits, contact details, baggage and pickup bay, then accept the written booking terms.

Further Fleet and Service Resources

Use the linked Aseel airport, fleet, service and tour pages for the next step. We also include three separately labelled third-party resources requested for comparison; their claims and tariffs do not describe Aseel inventory.

Start with our Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah airport-transfer service pages if you know your airport. If you want to understand exact vehicle size, open the corresponding fleet card above. The homepage remains the source for Aseel’s published daily/monthly budget guides; each individual airport pickup needs its own written quote.

If your group plans an optional city visit after the airport transfer, see our Dubai and Abu Dhabi tour pages and tell us the desired stops. Attraction opening hours, tickets, accessibility, parking, guide arrangement and stop lengths vary by attraction and date; the airport transfer quote does not automatically include these.

For external comparisons, the linked 22 seater bus rental Abu Dhabi page discusses a 22-seat bus option; the van rental dubai without driver page outlines one company’s restricted van-only eligibility and lists its own guide prices; and the bus rental dubai homepage is a separate whole-vehicle operator. These external pages are provided for reader comparison, not as verified Aseel products, endorsements or shared inventory. Always check conditions directly with the linked provider.

External links are provided for comparison only. Please check each provider’s current prices, availability and terms directly; they are not an Aseel quotation or a shared-fleet arrangement.

Airport group transfer FAQs
How do I arrange an airport group transfer in the UAE?

Send the airport/terminal, flight number, landing date and time, passenger count, suitcase details, final address and return needs using our form, email, WhatsApp or call. We help plan an approved whole vehicle; the booking is confirmed only under agreed written terms.

Do you offer individual airport shuttle seats?

No. Aseel focuses on whole-vehicle private group and company bookings; we do not sell public scheduled airport bus seats or individual car-lift places.

Which UAE airports can be included in a private pickup enquiry?

Ask about DXB, DWC, Abu Dhabi (AUH), Sharjah (SHJ) or another relevant UAE airport. Pickup permission, vehicle availability and the actual permitted meeting zone are confirmed for each journey.

How early should our group be ready after landing?

Arrival-to-boarding time varies with immigration, baggage, wheelchair assistance and terminal layout. Tell us the flight time and agree an estimated ready-to-board time, permitted waiting window and delay policy in your quote.

Can the bus wait at arrivals or pick us up outside the terminal?

Not automatically. Airports restrict waiting and coach access. The assigned operator must confirm a permitted commercial-bus bay or safe assembly and pickup point for the actual vehicle and terminal.

How many passengers can a Toyota Coaster take?

Aseel lists a 22-passenger Coaster in an approved 23-place arrangement (22 passengers plus the driver) as well as broader 22–30-seat categories. Confirm the exact offered unit and its licensed passenger-only seats.

Can 22 passengers bring 22 large suitcases in a 22-seater bus?

Do not assume so. Tell us each bag count, dimensions and estimated weight. A 22-passenger minibus may require a dedicated luggage hold, a larger coach or an additional baggage vehicle.

What are Aseel’s daily and monthly airport bus rental prices?

Aseel publishes illustrative general fleet guides, such as Coaster AED 560–960/day and AED 7,600–12,000/month and a Yutong luxury coach AED 1,104.15–1,699.15 for 10 hours and AED 14,450–16,150 on some contracted routes with driver and fuel. These are not fixed airport offers. A route-specific quote depends on baggage, time, driver/fuel, tolls and parking.

What are the weekly and yearly airport group transfer prices?

The Aseel homepage does not publish verified weekly or 12-month airport-transfer tariffs. Ask for a quote using the number of trips, operating days, vehicle, route, driver/fuel and contract duration; do not multiply an illustrative daily figure into an annual price.

Can I book with driver and fuel included?

Request an explicit driver-and-fuel-inclusive whole-vehicle quotation. Ask whether parking, Salik, waiting, additional stops, excess kilometres and VAT, where applicable, are included.

Can I hire with driver but without fuel?

You may ask whether that commercial arrangement is available for your route or contract. Any offer must state fuel responsibility, distance allowance, mileage policy and payment terms in writing.

Can I hire a van or bus without a driver?

It is not a standard offer for every Aseel vehicle. Eligible driverless rentals are a separate regulated arrangement requiring the correct vehicle class, operator permission, licensed named driver and insurer approval. The external van-only link is a different provider’s service, not confirmation of Aseel availability.

Do your airport vehicles have Wi-Fi, USB ports, TVs, leather seats and reclining seats?

Equipment varies by make, registered layout, model year and trim. Ask for the exact unit’s seat trim, A/C, USB, audio, screens, Wi-Fi, reclining seats, seat belts and luggage hold; none is universal.

Are ABS, electronic stability control and passenger seat belts guaranteed on every bus?

No universal specification can be made from category photos. Ask for the actual vehicle details and confirm its fitted braking, stability, restraints and inspection records before agreeing if these features are essential.

Can checked bags be carried on the bus roof?

Only if the real vehicle has an approved rated rooftop system, lawful permissions and safe securing arrangements. Otherwise use an approved luggage hold or separate baggage transport; never block emergency exits or aisles.

Will Aseel provide a backup vehicle within one hour after a breakdown?

A one-hour replacement is not a blanket guarantee. Request a documented breakdown and replacement plan. A one-hour target applies only if it is expressly accepted in the written contract for the actual location, access conditions and available suitable replacement vehicle.

Can we add city sightseeing or a half-day trip after airport pickup?

Yes, ask for a separate itinerary-based quote including planned stops, permitted bus parking, waiting and a 5-hour or 10-hour hire where offered. Attraction tickets, opening times, meals, guides and accommodation are not assumed included.

What about accessible travel, children and authorised school groups?

Tell us about wheelchair ramp/lift and securement needs, mobility aids, child seats and the age group before vehicle selection. School/educational transport must satisfy the applicable authorisations, vehicle and supervision requirements.

What happens if our flight is delayed, cancelled or changed?

Notify dispatch as soon as you know. Waiting allowances, re-timing, no-show, cancellation, rescheduling, additional charges and weather disruptions follow the written booking conditions; do not assume free unlimited waiting.

Are airport parking fees, Salik and VAT included in the price?

Only if the individual written quotation says so. Public car parking tariffs are not coach tariffs. Salik, airport access, paid waiting, additional trips, overtime and tax treatment should be itemised or expressly included.

What details should a travel agency or company supply for several flights?

Send the flight manifest by airport and terminal, passenger count per arrival, bag counts, group leader contact, required pickup wave times, hotel/venue addresses, number of buses, event schedule and payment/contract requirements.

How do we confirm the booking?

Request a written quotation, verify the actual vehicle and licensed capacity, driver and fuel terms, pickup location, permit/access conditions, quote validity, payment and refund rules, then accept and obtain a written booking confirmation. An online enquiry alone is not confirmation.
